I give two stars just because I like the haircuts. But after being persuaded I came in for a hair dye. My hair was black and healthy!!!! After 6 long hours I paid $125 for a specialty that was recommended cuz my healthy hair could "take it". Asking for something not so light and not even red left as a hot bright redhead. Hated it. Its been 3 weeks and my hair still damaged. I was offered to buy product. When you mess up so bad the least u could do it offer a good treatment. Im not going to mention names. But lets say Im very disappointed and never going back. 1. Expectation 2. Before 3. After long bleach time 4. After with very bright damaged red.

The owners are corporate hounds that dont appreciate individuality or creativity. I went in for an interview and after I had said that my portrait was of my deceased father, the man told me he didnt like my tattoos... then the wife didnt even comment on my technical... other than, "You did a good job, but those facial piercings...." Just what business do you think you own? A subway? I didnt want to work there especially after the way they referred to their CLIENTS as customers. For as long as they apparently have been in business, they are very stiff minded people.

Ive been coming to Fantastic Sams for perms for many years, but this was my first experience with the Tri-City Plaza location. Everything went well -- from my promptly answered phone call through walking out the door a happy customer. My stylist did a great job of helping me decide which size rollers to go with and addressing my hairs needs. Being there for the time it takes to get a perm, I got to see how well the employees got along with each other and with the customers. It was a wonderful, friendly atmosphere. I can highly recommend them. Thanks!

I stopped going here for haircuts a long time ago since they never listen to what I want and always butchered my hair. Started going for eyebrows cause it was cheap. Found out its cheap for a reason. Inconsistent results!! Never the same shape. Some only wax half then tweeze the rest. If I wanted it tweezed Id do it myself!!! Told the lady it was way too hot so she blew on it to cool it down. Forgot for one stroke and burned my eyelid. I had a scab and they still made me pay full price! Not going back!

I had my hair done last night and it looks amazing! I had a cut and color, and its never looked better. My stylist, Shantalina, was professional, listened to me, gave an excellent consultation and wonderful style. I was a little worried about trying it out, and am SO grateful I did. The price was just as good as the service. I will definitely be coming back. I also appreciated the way all guests were treated. Each stylist was warm, friendly and professional.

Raised prices but not talent...... $18 for a mens haircut!.... For that Ill go to a Salon & pay $2 more for a real professional. Never entering FS again! After being told the wait would be 20 minutes, I waited 2.5 hours!!! they than butchered my hair BAD!!!! & then charged me full price & they didnt even shampoo my hair.....HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Everyone else there had roughly same experience. They need to make some serious changes or their done!

I have been going to this particular salon for some time since it seems that even though Im always needing to change stylists, this one seems to have the stylists who give me the most consistently good cuts. I was very pleased yesterday to have Camille cut my hair. At first I thought possibly too short but it lays so nicely that Ill be back! Very pleased with her!

Been going there for awhile and i have never had a bad experience. I always see the same hairstylist and if shes not available i have a back up one i prefer. They never keep me waiting and the results are good. Kinda pricey but thats probably because i keep changing up my style and color

My hair was butchered. I told the so called stylist what not to do and she cut it exactly how I told her not too. Worst place to get a haircut. The only thing consistent is how bad fantastic sams stylists have been over the decades!!

Its a coin flip if youre going to get someone knowledgeable cutting hair here. Make sure you get one of their regulars. I will never come back to his place ever again. All I wanted was a buzz cut!

The stylist gave me the cut SHE wanted. I came in with long hair and left with a bob cut. I am still in shock this morning. I lost about 4 inches of hair and not happy!!

The hair dressers are very nice, even when you walk in without an appointment, they do their best to get you in quickly. I always get compliments when they do my hair

Went twice and was told no opening for a hair cut with no one in the store and 1hr and 1/2 till closing lost a good tip and customer
