Price gouging! I participated in theyre maintenance program which came with yearly inspections and a discount of 15% of any services needed for repair of the units in the home. I do not doubt for a second that they add well ver 15% to their invoices to cover their "loss" after this last encounter. The tech came out and told us that we needed an ENTIRE NEW SYSTEM! Luckily, a friend of mine that knows A/Cs came over and "forced" the tech to hard start the unit and add freon. Guess what? Unit runs beautifully. The tech charged us a little over $300 (which I still believe is high esp since Im supposed to get 15% off) instead of the $4,000 quote he gave us for a new unit! One of three things are happening here: 1) The tech is terribly undertrained 2) The tech is flat out dishonest, or 3) The entire company is corrupt and/or struggling to stay in the black. Either way, they wont get any of my business or anyone I know.

Repair to 8 year old Trane A/C unit required replacing a capacitor in the out side unit. Capacitor was used to start motors in Heat Pump Unit, Service call charge was $89, Capacitor Mfg. by GE. was billed at $212 bring the total over $300. I got curious and check the retail cost of this capacitor. At North American HVAC, this capacitor sold for $21.50. I was on line, so I printed the actual page and Photo from North American and gave it to the Tech that repaired the unit. I realized that the Tech was following Company Policy, He did a very good job in finding the problem. The capacitor was defective as you could see the damage. I got the part # from the capacitor, so I know I had the right one (Photo). I very sure Climate Design can purchase this capacitor for much less than the retail price from North American.

We have an older house and had an ancient furnace that didnt even work. Climate Design installed a completely new system for us including outdoor unit and heat pump. Because of the original system being built with not enough drop in the drain line we had several problems. Climate Design came out to our house every time in record time and with a solution. It took a few tries to bring our old house up to date but they worked until they figured it out and with wonderful service with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about the sales team or service department. They are truly everything you want from a company. Since the problem was fixed we havent had a single issue thanks to Climate Design. They just came out recently for our annual service and reminded me what a great company they are. Highly recommend!

Let me just say that Im completely overwhelmed with the generosity of this company! My husband is a wounded veteran who has been recently medically retired from the Army. We came home to a house that was totally destroyed by our tenants. We had to max out our credit cards just to make repairs. We have 2 small children and a 5 week old premie baby and on the first day of summer our AC kicked the bucket and no money left to repair it. Climate Design learned about it and offered to replace and install a new one for free! I need the world to know what an amazing, generous company they are to do this for a local veteran! Its unbelievable! Thank you! By the way, the technicians were incredibly professional and courteous and they left our home as clean as when they found it.

Air Conditioning problem happened on a Saturday afternoon & by the time I realized it, the temp in the house was well over 80 degrees. I called & within an hour your Tech, Eeon was here. A new thermostat was necessary and it was installed & A/C was running within an hour. Although I did encounter problems with the Trane Unit when it was first installed, they have been resolved & the Techs & support staff are very professional & competent. Also, Company president, personally came to my home to assist in resolving the original problem. . Thanks for great team work Climate Design

Our recent annual service visit couldnt have been better. Our tech (I think his name was Brian) went over everything in detail about what he was doing and why, and he also explained what we needed to do to keep the equipment in good shape when were away for any length of time. He even let me accompany him to the roof where he inspected and cleaned the external A/C unit, and then corrected the faulty information that Climate Design had in its files on our relatively new unit. He was polite, informative, and efficient. I couldnt have asked for a better serviceman.

The Climate Design team installed our homes new air conditioning unit and the experience was fantastic. When we called, they had someone at our home that day to give us an estimate on our new system. They arrived on time and were very friendly. When they installed our new system, they made sure that everything was up to code, pulled the appropriate permits and were so professional. Climate Design has taken care of my A/C unit for 12 years by yearly maintenance servicing. I have never once had a problem (As I am knocking on wood). My Service man, Emilio, told me my machine was in excellent condition, no rust, and I can certainly attribute that to my yearly maintenance service. I highly recommend Climate Design. I Trust them explicitly and their service men are very well trained and very courteous.

Too often you see nothing but bad reviews on companies and not enough praise. Well as much as I get fired up about a bad service I got a positive reaction about Climate Design. I am not going to tell a story just a quick review that I wish more companies could have the same values and true concern for customers as they do.

Climate Design has been maintaining my air conditioning system for a few years now. They are always professional and friendly and have gone out of their way. I recently had my dehumidifier overflow and cause damage in the garage and the office manager even came out and helped clean up the mess! Theyre great!

When we had a "cosmetic" complaint about a unit installation, one of the owners came to the house to investigate. He apologized and the issue was immediately rectified.
