We had a plumbing emergency with a cut in the water hose to my parents washing machine and the team at R Carr saved the day--and the floor and walls. They were able to send Justin out quickly and he did an excellent job of stopping, resolving & helping to clean up the problem. He also made sure that my parents were able to use their washer without a problem. I cannot thank you all enough for going above and beyond to help us!
