Our tank-less water heater quit working in the evening. They were here the next day. They called the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty. They even drove to Columbus that evening to get the replacement and had it installed the next morning. Less than 48 hours when Im sure they were already quite busy is fully acceptable in my book. (Its not like we had NO water.) The installer even refused a tip. former and future customer here. Ill be calling soon for a furnace inspection. Thanks guys.
