We hired this company to move a shower valve, set a tub, and rip out and replace a vanity/sink in our guest bathroom. After 4 visits we now have 3 extra holes in the walls, shower valve has been set twice, a dripping vanity that was installed completely crooked, and they left having never even turned the water back on, we have to now call a real plumbing company. Brandon "owner" cursed me out and told me that I "was crazy to expect to be able to snap my fingers and have him come back out to fix our shower". He blamed the problem on our tile guy, our vanity not being level, our faucets that were without parts (but had all parts the first time around before his guys took everything apart a second time), etc. His solution was to come back out next week after our company leaves to go home to fix our guest bathroom that his company installed incorrectly. Did I mention he was paid upfront?! If I was able to give zero stars, I would. Beware!!!! 3 months later and still no resolution. The new plumber we hired found leaks within our brand new shower wall (which had to be torn out) and the valve had been installed upside down (its even labeled). The plumbing under the sink was leaking because rather than move the pipe to fit correctly, they installed incorrect fittings to avoid having to move it (something that took the new plumber 5 minutes to complete and should be very simple for any licensed plumber to do). The owner, Brandon Knowles, called me and offered to partially reimburse us IF and AFTER we removed any and all negative online reviews. We have reported this to the BBB, but theyve had no response from the company.

I called to have someone come out and look at various plumbing issues around the house. The receptionist was extremely friendly and I made an appointment for the following day. She said the plumber would come prepared to give an estimate and do work in the same day, Great!! Half way through the 2 hour time slot, we received a call asking if we could move the appointment to the following day. We were willing to wait so we made ourselves available the next morning. No one ever showed up and we didnt receive a call or hear back from them.

All I can say is wow! Im almost totally speechless! From the moment I called these guys until they left the was the most friendly, professional, reliable company Ive ever had to hire. The dispatch girl was amazing and professional. The technician was very professional, friendly, and unbelievably knowledgeable. I couldnt believe it! They was very affordable and quick with there work. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. I will definitely be calling them back if I need additional plumbing work done! Thanks guys!

James Hafke Plumbing, formerly A Plus Perfect Plumbing, is a joke. Came to my home last week to fix a few things such as a leak and sink pipe clog in kitchen. Quoted me a price & said work was "guaranteed". Snaked my kitchen to clear clog. Less than 24 hours later my drain was clogged again without me barely using it. Called him and he decided to CHANGE his policy of work being guaranteed, made excuses & said hell have to charge me to come back out. The old man has NO customer service or people skills whatsoever!! BEWARE !!

I have had my water heater for several years. It started acting up. The water would stay hot for a few minutes and then go luke warm. I called James K. Hafke Plumbing regarding this issue. They were able to schedule a technician to come out to my home on the same day. The tech suggested I adjust the temperature setting and replace the faulty lower element. He didnt charge me too much and was done in 2hrs or less. Now my hot water stays on as long as I want it to.

I called James Hafke because whenever I used water upstairs, it would cause my downstairs toilet to back up with sewage. The plumbers that work at James Hafke were very kind and considerate people when it came to communicating, they arrived on time and were very efficient in doing their job. I would highly recommend anyone with plumbing issues to call James Hafke, they are the best.

I made an apt with the company to come out and troubleshoot some banging and water bursting when trying to get hot water. I had to push the original appt back a half hour and they were very accommodating. They were professional and gave me options for a hopeful solution. Although I currently have not had any work done by them, I would still recommend them to others.

We had a clogged drain and called at midnight they were there within 2 hours fixed our problem at a reasonable price and did not charge us extra for emergency service I will most defiantly be using them again if I should ever have any issues in the future..... I would refer to my family and friends!!

Good company, Brett the owner is a nice guy and very accommodating. Ive used them a couple of times and have been happy with the work they did. This last time my heating system stopped working and call him on a Sunday morning and by the afternoon he came over and fixed it

The person that came to my house to check for leaks was extremely professional and helpful, he found the problem right away and told us exactly what needed to be done to avoid my water bill to be high as it was this month, truly recommend this company to anyone!!!

VERY TOUGH JOB THAT 2 OTHER PLUMBERS SAID THEY COULDNT DO THE WORK SINCE THE PIPE WAS UNDER THE WATER TABLE . THEY BROUGHT OUT A WELL POINT SYSTEM TO REMOVE THE GROUND WATER WHILE DIGGING AND GOT THE JOB DONE ! GREAT WORK GUYS !
