We had an issue that came up late on a Saturday where we could not get our shower to cut off. After trying to fix it myself unsuccessfully, I called PUR and Chris answered. He was on another job almost an hour away, but that did not bother him...he said hed be done in 10 minutes and he would see me in an hour. Sure enough, an hour and 10 minutes later he was at my door. He quickly identified the problem, and even ran to Home Depot to get the part. He was very professional, had a great sense of humor even though we were job number 7 on a 12 hour day, and the price was very reasonable - especially considering it was a Saturday evening. I highly recommend PUR and if you get Chris, you will be very happy.

I am highly impressed with the service and quality. I had PUR come out and Doug was actually the man that came out. It was Sir "Yes Sir" the entire time. I was so impressed with how polite this young man was. You dont find that kind of service with a smile in this day and age anymore. Not only that, it was such a tight squeeze for the new tank to fit and Doug really had to work hard. I watch as he and his other guy worked a good solid hour to try to fit it and successfully got it to work. I was highly impressed they didnt break anything or even feel the need to cuss or hollar. They are a dream team! I would highly recommend them in the future and will use them again and again.

WOW!!! Doug is great! I am blown away by the job that hey recently did and their expertise! I could go into millions of details, but I am just going to state the facts... Ive had plenty of other plumbing companies out in the past and this is NOT your average plumbing company! This company CARES about their customers! This company cares about their product and really knows their stuff! I mean, the flow of information that was coming from Doug about my leak and the cause/resolution and best case scenario was astounding! He tried to save me money and ultimately did! My elderly Grandmother called me while I was away on business with a plumbing emergency; water was spraying from behind the refrigerator. Normally I help with general maintenance but this time I needed someone I could trust...someone that wouldnt take advantage of a 83 year old woman that knows nothing about plumbing. One call to Pur plumbing did it..they got there fast, immediately shut off the water to prevent any further damage and then fixed the broken pipe. Then they even helped her clean up and referred a great water extraction company! My Grandma cant stop telling me how nice they were. Id highly recommend them.

Chris was sent to my home on one days notice to replace 2 shutoff valves and hook up a new faucet in my laundry room deep sink. Although the space was very tight and awkward, Chris did an excellent job and is a credit to the company . He was able and very competent in explaining just what he was going to do and he did it with a minimum of inconvenience I would definitely recommend PUR plumbing do all my future plumbing needs

These guys came out in the heat today and worked their butts of and did one heck of an excellent job!! My yard where they laid the new lines looks better than it did before. The main guy was Chris I believe and man him and his helper did some of the best work Ive ever seen!! Very decent pricing considering they were here for 4 + hours!!! I own a small restaurant New Port Richey. We called Pur Plumbing to fix a sewer backup that was threatening to shut us down right before our busiest time. Doug was at our place within 20 minutes and had the problem solved quickly. Excellent service.

Unfortuneatly the owners exact words "they would have someone out to my house by 10am next day".....Next day "Mary Anne" calls to reschedule because technician cant make it before 1115am. If your looking on time service I wouldnt call this company.

Our main sewer line backed up and forced us to temporarily close our business. Doug and his crew were on scene within 30 minutes and had us back up and running again in under an hour...great service!
