Tom McWhirter

Overtightened a hose bib and it sheared leaving some thread in the coupling. Called Tom Shell plumbing and they would be over in a half hour. It was the 4:00 PM. A whale of a strom broke that lasted till 5:15. As soon as it got down to a sprinkle here they were. Very friendly and went right to work. Replaced the bib and added copper instead of PVC. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber.

Had a serious backup in my master bathroom today. Tom was here within 30 minutes on a Saturday and spent over an hour on my roof, in the rain, getting everything cleared up. I could not have been happier with his service and he is exceptionally personable. I would recommend him to anyone. A class act!!!

Tried to call to set up an appointment for one of our apartment buildings.. the woman who answered the phone was very rude and stated that they didnt want to perform services for us I asked why they would service our building and she said there is nobody there that can help us out.
