We just purchased a vacation condo..got down here to discover water spraying all over from the kitchen faucet. At the recommendation of the property management we called Plumbing By Gus. He said he had a plumber that just came in and hed send him right over. He wasnt kidding cause the guy showed up in less than 15 minutes. He got right to work explaining everything as he went. He was polite and very friendly, explained his work very well, cleaned everything up and did great job. We felt their price was fair and we were so pleased with the whole experience. Dealing with businesses in a new area is tough and we had been having horrible luck with everything wed been doing so far so we were so thrilled to have such great luck with Guss . We will not only use them whenever we need someone again but will highly recommend them to everyone!

Called Gus Plumbing about a backed up toilet. Was told the toilet was old (less than 5 years old) and needed to be replaced as it now all of the sudden couldnt handle waste being flushed. Was told it was not in the line leading to the street. Toilet was cleared. Next Day- same problem- got an attitude from the tech who was the original. He left a complete mess of our bathroom and dripped toilet water in our living room while explaining his reasons for the back up again. A day later same issue- called a different company and problem was solved and havent had a back up since. Even gave me a coupon for $50.00 off. I had used Gus many times in the past with no issues- this tech said he had been with company a long time. Could not and will not recommend them to anyone given this issue.

Im fairly upset with this company. I own two businesses and indicated I needed something done as soon as possible. I called this company 5 times, including someone in managements cell phone. My calls and voicemails suddenly stopped getting replied to. Our first conversation went well. He indicated to me that wed get the job done soon and with no problems. The guy on the phone seemed fairly good at his job. But, when youre on a deadline and a company decides to stop communicating with you for no reason, without even having the courtesy to call back and say theyre unavailable... Thats terrible service. I was patient, called on three separate occasions and left voice mails, too.

Dwayne works for Gus plumbing and has had a very long day and came too my house on an emergency call. He has been here for over an hour working hard trying everything possible to fix the problem. Mind you I live in a rental and just moved in. Washer was hooked up and when washer drains water it leaks from drain. Dwayne is great and is still here snaking everything. Thank you GUS!!! He is great as is your company.

Just had my bathroom remodeled by Gus and love love love it....Very professional, courteous and amount billed was exactly as the proposal. Have used Gus in the past as well, and have always been very satisfied with the service the price and the technicians.

They must have too much business. I tried calling three times to get a sink replaced. I was either sent to voicemail or was promised someone would return my call, but they never did. Time for a new plumber.

Had stoppages of two toilets and bathtub. Tech called and came right out. Couldnt have been nicer. Cleared the main line. Back to normal in no time at all. Very professional. Love Gus Plumbing.

Had this company out to look at water heater. They said it was ruined and needed to be replaced. Had another company come out and they repaired it for $65.00 Take bids with this company!!
