Replaced outside faucet - Being a first time customer, Verna Cruikshank explained their rates to me and broke down the cost of the work to be done at my place. The service tech, Randy, was very friendly and explained the pros and cons of ether fixing or replacing the faucet. I chose replacement. The work was done in a timely manner, in fact, I was surprised at how quickly he finished. He cleaned up inside and outside when he was done. Randy installed a coupling to the water pipe, in the basement, and he explained to me how to remove the faucet stem should we ever need to in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing an honest, professional plumber.

I have used Cruikshanks for all my plumbing needs over the past few years. This time I had some discolored water which I was worried meant I needed to replace my water softener. Deven came out, took a sample of water and was able to prove that my water softener was still working but with limited capacity. He recommended a product to clean the resin and tank and, after one regeneration, my water was crystal clear. There was NO charge from Cruikshanks. What great customer service!!

Cruikshank Plumbing replaced the water service line from the street to our home in 2010, and did a great job. It was a complicated project but they made it look easy. They did the work on schedule, according to plan, and under adverse circumstances. The piping work inside the house in the basement utility space was, to me at least, a thing of beauty.

Our sump pump gave out with little warning. Randy came out to look things over, and had all the equipment and parts necessary on the truck to replace the sump pump and some pipes. Excellent job, very professionally done. The final cost matched the pre-work estimate. Randy is a real pro, and I highly recommend the company!

Have had them do a few jobs for me; main water line replacement, disposal, new water heater. All great jobs! Ask for Randy, hes one of their plumbers and he doesnt charge extra if you want to look over his shoulder. :)
