Water flooded my bedroom while I was on a trip & ruined my flooring prior to hurricane Irma. Called a different plumbing company first. A rep came out looked around my house and said that it was rain seepage. Paid $250 for the visit. He told me to hire a contractor to fix it. My insurance adjuster asked me to call the company back and ask some follow-up questions. When I did they were rude and basically told me that the plumber that was there was a 30 year master plumber and their attitude was how dare I question his assessment ( I was just asking questions that my insurance adjuster told me too ). As a sidenote, I do very much respect a 30 year experienced master plumber. My insurance company just needed to know some follow-up information. I was told the master plumber would call me back and he never did. After the hurricane and all the rain -there was no water in my room (coincidentally water & power outage). When the water came back on I did laundry. It was not raining that day. Suddenly my bedroom was flooded again and this time the water went further ruining more furniture and laminate flooring outside of my bedroom. I shut my water off and called Continental LLC (they had good reviews online) thinking that I was not going to get a response right away because they were so busy with the aftermath of the hurricane. They sent DeWayne out first appointment in the morning. He went outside and located my water pipe which feeds right into my bedroom wall. Sure enough it was leaking. He gave me a reasonable estimate, and thinking once again that this was going to be a job scheduled down the line, I asked when they could do it. He said he would do it immediately. He drilled and cut through the wall and replaced my pipe in less than three hours. Since then no flooding or leak! Everyone associated with the company was very professional and I appreciated the immediate response especially right after a hurricane went through.

I had a simple clogged toilet I already knew would take about a minute to do. First, the guy pounded so hard on my door it sounded like someone was breaking in. Second, he looked like a kid. Not that it mattered because I had a very young electrician that was absolutely amazing. But for some people, it may take time to learn how to have manners and listen to their customers. This guy definitely did not. He was very rude & cocky. Im not sure where this company is getting all the stars from but I wouldnt doubt if some of them are just friends making these reviews. He immediately started telling me I had a pressure problem when I knew I didnt, and I told him I didnt. He wouldnt listen. I turned the water off for the toilet & house in the morning, and he made a sarcastic remark saying "oh yeah, youre the plumber" He continued messing with the toilet tank while I was telling him to stop and screwed up the pressure so it now shoots out like a fire hose when you flush instead of a calm steady flow like it was. Its loud & annoying. Then of course he realized the water was off but continued being rude. It literally took him a minute to snake the toilet and the job was done just like Ive seen my neighbor & my husband do without calling themselves plumbers. All the rudeness and a simple job my brother couldve, and I should have done for $99. I was going to ask him for an estimate for two leaking faucets but from the second he walked in I couldnt wait for him to leave, and I actually had to ask him to leave when he started to realize how pissed I was. Instead of apologizing for his mistake and bad manners, of course he got defensive & tried to make excuses. Maybe hell learn when he grows up, but I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone.

I met the owner of Continental Plumbing through an emergency situation, of which he and his service were the only ones willing to respond to. Since then I have used Continental exclusively, for all of my business and residential needs. You can shop them around, but I suggest you dont waste anymore of your time. You will not find a more fair and respectful service for ALL your plumbing needs; commercial, residential, upgrades and emergencies. Continental is always available, always prepared for any job and ALWAYS there when you call them. Hey Heidi - Are you sure you have the right Continental Plumbing???

I have these guys service my laundromat and have always had great service and fair prices. I just had them service my hot water heater at home and Chad the owner came out he was very professional and took the time to troubleshoot the problem, not just say I have to replace the heater. It was the two thermostats. He replaced them and the cost was very fair. Also he seemed to be training someone when he was at my home and he treated the trainee with respect and took the time to teach, but did not add additional time to the service call. I would highly recommend Continental Plumbing.

I had a problem that had previously been addressed by another plumbing company. The other company did not repair the problem but charged me. I called Continental and had an excellent experience with them. They were very prompt, courteous and professional. The technician found that the original part was no longer made. He found up-to-date parts and did a very professional job of repairing the leak. Their fee was only 2/3 of what the other company charged. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Chad, the owner at Continental Plumbing is a wealth of information. He helped me with a very difficult plumbing problem that other plumbers from a Home Warranty Contract could not solve. I have also used Continental Plumbing to install a hot water heater in my home. They are fast, courteous and very accommodating. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber that they can trust.

I have used Continental Plumbing twice for my rental unit. I chose them based on referrals from neighbors and thus far they have not disappointed me. Because they have more than one crew, they are able to dispatch someone in the same day you call, which is what I need to keep my tenants happy. On both instances, upon looking at the invoice, did I ever think I was getting ripped off.

I was desperate as I had a lake under my kitchen sink. I called Continental Plumbing after calling a previous plumber I had dealt with and I really didnt appreciate the attitude I got from them...Continental Plumbing were courteous, friendly, informative and much more reasonable (thank goodness!!) I hope not to have to call them again, but I will, if necessary!
