Adrian at this FedEx location was informative, helpful and understanding to my business needs. She listened to my concerns then went to work with what she thought would be best for me. She was perfect! I’m taking all my printing work to this location. Thanks Adrian for your expert advice today. I wrote this review before receiving my printing order. A lot has happened since then; I stand behind the initial review above, however there have been many mistakes with the printing which resulted in four additional trips back and forth which takes a little over an hour for each trip. With this last mistake they left out one project and included another which I never ordered. While on the phone with the manager it felt like she was giving me an interrogation. She made me feel this was my mistake so I offered to take a picture of our color printers we have at our office, just to show her that if I wanted this last project I could have done it myself. I was charged for work I never asked for and have not received a refund for it nor have I received an apology for all of this trouble and will be taking business somewhere else. All who do business at this location beware!!!

After my second poor experience I will no longer use this fed-ex or kinkos. The first time I came here they were very helpful. So helpful they charged me almost $40 to ship a 19" by 19" pictures frame in their "special" picture packaging. Well it arrived smashed to pieces to my sister on her birthday. It took months to resolve my issue and I was not refunded for the amount of the gift plus shipping, but for a lesser amount. I went in today to print a picture, I wanted it blown up about an extra inch. They were going to charge me an extra $5 to do this. I went into Walgreens right after, where they bent over backwards to help me. I suggest shipping USPS, its much cheaper, quicker, and more reliable in my experience.

They were okay but some time ago I was making labels and they told me to buy a certain label sheet. I didnt have the design for the labels yet so I went home and brought back the label design the same day. I already purchased the certain label sheet and when I wanted to print out my design on the labels they told me that their printer doesnt work with the type of label sheet I bought....even though they told me to buy it a few hours earlier.... Check out Print 2 Go directly across us 19, they were cheap and solved my problem in no time.

During peak hours the store shows its lack of staff available to help the customers. Their hours on google are wrong and the store management, after months, fails to correct it. Its frustrating not knowing when this location in open. It used to be open 24hrs and then they reduced hours. Bad move FedEx. Im slowly becoming disenchanted with Fedex Office. The Staples across Sunset Pt. Rd. has more eager staff willing to help and their hours are accurate and reliable.

I had a good experience until recently today on 7/11/2017 some tall lady with glasses looks kind of like a dinosaur wouldnt do one small thing for me which was scanning in my paperwork. I hope shes not a manager because if she is shes a very bad example everybody else there it seems really nice and is always very helpful this is the first time that I have dealt with this lady. She needs to lose her job people like her deserve to not work

Refused to take my prepaid package and made me buy one of their boxes to ship it in. I have to use paper wrap on some items or fashion my own boxes as I sell obscure sized items on Amazon. I double wrap in tape to insure it it protected. With USPS and UPS I have never had this issue only at this Fed Ex. Manager was also rude about it. Fed Ex is cheaper than UPS, however when you have to mail homemade boxes steer clear of here.

I was able to do what I needed in minutes without assistance. The level of automated customer printing was very convenient. But I had a couple questions about further services but they were very busy. I was not going to wait in line for that several minutes for a 15 second question that could have been answered with a flyer.

Customer service is terrible. Lazy as hell and dont want to work. If you dont like your job or dont like to service customers quit. To anyone who reads this if you have a customer service job but you are not a people person or a helpful person quit and find you a job where you dont have to deal with customers.

do not be fooled. there is no notary service at this location and for whatever reason they havent taken it off of their offered services. when i asked if there was a notary to the woman at the front desk, she was very short with me and basically blew me off after she said they didnt offer the service anymore.

Fedex is a great company, but this store is sucks, anyone who wants to send a package, they always want to sell repackaging, it is sometimes more expensive than shipping or the items value, have come in 3 opportunities with well-armed packages and tell me I should sell a box, really are thieves

If I could give them a zero I would thats how poor their services at this store are. I simply needed two copies of a training manual made and it seems like nobody there wanted to work unless I wanted to do a self-service copies they didnt want to hear it. Save your time find another store.

I visit this location sometimes multiple times a week. The staff are usually always friendly and some even greet me by name. I appreciate the great service here. They always help explain my options and get me the best price on my shipping needs.

Told them I could email them artwork from my phone for a print job. They said I would have to bring it in on a thumb drive and perform all of the steps on their kiosk or go home and do it myself online. Absolutely no desire to be of service
