These folks are terrific. I maintain a mail box here and they always great you with a smile and nice conversation. I get email and text notifications when packages arrive. During the holidays they went the extra mile to stay open late and on Sundays. Additionally, I had some really challenging things to wrap and send and on one item (part of a large clock) literally made a box for it. I picked out a box for another item and they showed me a better (and cheaper!) way to back it. I highly recommend this UPS store and even though I moved, I go a couple miles out of my way to continue to use their great service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They couldnt even tell me where my $500+ package was. The woman behind the service counter also seemed to treat me like I was a lesser person than she. End solution is I will NEVER be going back. Also I will have to wait 3 days to receive my package considering its the weekend. Pick another store, if that doesnt work try another currier.

Avoid this store. Two employees tried to say they couldnt ship a TV back to Amazon in the same box it was originally delivered in by UPS because it was a "pallet box". I took the package down the road to another UPS store and had it shipped no problem. They are trying to sell materials by lying. Plenty of other places to ship things without being told nonsense.

$56 to ship a 13 lb square box to Washington State. Cheapest rate they have I am solemnly told with a sympathetic smile. Fedex in Dunedin - $23. Same box same address. Go figure. New management and convenient location was reason for another visit --- much happier this time round.

The help me run my business with great customer support. I highly recommend this UPS store. I have my mail delivered there and pick up packages for my business and never had to wait for service. Friendly and courteous.
