Absolutely terrible customer service, which is odd seeing as how this is the "customer center." The rather large gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude, refused to assist me in sending a package (clearly unaware of what a job at UPS entails) and instead suggested I try another UPS store. Easy to see why this is one of the lower rated UPS centers in the area. Hopefully UPS takes note of this clown redirecting business and employs someone even slightly competent. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I fought with UPS for 5 months because they lost my package. They kept closing my claim with a different reason every time, not wanting to own up to them loosing it. I spent hours on the phone getting shuffled around to all different people and I was even hung up on! Very frustrating experience.

Ive never had anything but good service....from my driver (who isnt necessarily coming from this location), delivery, or drop-off service. The staff has always been helpful and courteous, even in the busiest of seasons and even when dealing with impatient customers. Good Job Calumet!!

The excessively large man who sits mid room is oddly creepy and extremely awkward. He has no desire to be excited to breathe (which hes lucky he still can due to his size). He isnt the friendliest and stares at you the entire time (not the best feeling for me being a female).

Worst service delivery experience. They failed to deliver the package two times by claiming it was a business and it was closed!! IT IS A RESIDENTIAL CONDO BUILDING!!!
