Our experiences here were great until our bank account was compromised and the paper trail led directly back to documents that were scanned just two hours earlier at this location and harvested. Filed a police report and a identity theft case with the Federal Trade Commission. Dont ever copy, print, or scan anything here that contains any piece of personal information unless you enjoy spending your entire day calling every financial institution and account holder you have, talking to the police, and filing credit alerts with all the major credit bureaus. Husband called the manager - all we got was a "Sorry that happened." Pretty sure the callous theft of our identities warrants more than a "sorry."

Friendly people who work there, but I cant give it 5 stars because they make it so difficult to get tracking numbers. You have to call back in several hours to get it, and sometimes they still dont have it- or theyll say they will email you the tracking info and forget to. Seems to be more expensive than US mail. I think theres a surcharge for buying stamps there...

I return quite frequently since my first visit was met with great, friendly service. Everyone I have met at the store is personable, pleasant, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location for anyones shipping and mail service needs.
