Have been a customer of this store for approximately 14 years. I have never been disappointed in their service, professionalism, or knowledge, they go the extra "5 miles" to make sure their customers are happy. As a small business owner, I am in this store at least weekly, and refer my customers to them for shipping and packing needs. The owner has even taken time to deliver a package or printing order to me. I am not familiar with other UPS stores, but I cannot imagine one operated any better than this particular location.

counter help did not pay any attention to detail, or use the correct shipping label for my package (which i handed to him specifically), resulting in a significant delay in my package being delivered. called to complain, and was told "thanks for letting us know"...didnt even get an apology from the manager. will not be back, in the future ill drive out of my way if needed to go anywhere else.

I packed up my moms condo when she moved back to Chicago. She flew with a suitcase and I boxed up the rest of her items. I left 22 boxes in the condo and called the UPS Store and gave them all the necessary info. They met a neighbor with the key at a pre-agreed time and loaded up all the boxes and shipped them to her new place for me. Super smooth experience, very easy to work with!

They stole a package I had dropped off add a return to amazon. They have no surveillance cameras to prove I even dropped it off and I was told that I was the second person complaining of a stolen package. Do not trust them, and go to a different drop off location. Had to file a complaint against this location.

As usual, I was greeted as a regular customer. I was in and out within A very short time. Since I am on a walker, as usual was escorted back thru the door which the member of the staff opened for me to get through. Not something you can expect at a post office.

I arrived here shortly after 3PM last Saturday to ship a package only to have the locale be closed. The hours stated on the UPS website are different than the ones posted by the owner.
