Delivery scheduled for 11/27/2015. I was home all day long and no UPS truck showed up. Called customer service at around 6PM only to hear that my package will be delivered on Monday. After stating that the delivery date was confirmed in UPS MyChoice for the 27th, the customer service agent told me she will contact the distribution facility. Waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and: "The facility will call you back within 1 hour." Needless to say, they never called back. Called customer service on Saturday, 11/28/2015 again only to "learn" that Friday (the 27th) was a holiday and there are no deliveries on holidays. Hmmm, as far as I know, the holiday (Thanksgiving) was on the 26th and not on the 27th. Then I checked MyChoice again and found that the delivery method had been changed to "pickup" which I never authorized or initiated! Of course, there is no pickup on a Saturday! So far, I lost 2 days of work time due to UPSs failure of delivery, and will loose another day due to their non-professional "service" (which I paid for!). How about UPS going to compensate me for the business loss of accumulated 3 days worth around $1,500.00??? Of course I know that this will never happen but I know one thing for sure: UPS just lost (another) customer. In future I will definitely use USPS or FedEx where I can rely on scheduled delivery times.

The absolute worst. I have received multiple packages past 10pm. Also, after waiting all day for a package to arrive on schedule, the delivery dates change to a few days later. UPS has burned me multiple times. Be either this hub, or their online tracking system, it is very poor service to state that a package is packed on a truck and out for delivery at 7:45am, but in reality it wont be arriving until well after 9pm or a few days later. Completely unacceptable.

Worst delivery guy ever. Drops the package off the top of the stack of packages I had delivered. It broke open and all he said was there you go. I confronted him about the damaged package, and all he said was "it was heavy". No apology or anything. I just told him he sucked and he left. He didnt even bother to see if the package was damaged. Tried to call and complain, impossible. They dont care about shitty delivery drivers.

Delivery was scheduled for a package I ordered two weeks ago. The package tracking says that its sitting in this location. Called and went into location to pick it up as I will be out of town for the next week and will be unable to get it. They wouldnt let me pick it up as "I had to wait for it." Are people that lazy they couldnt walk in the back to pick it up.

Avoid this place at all costs. Literally every time I go there to pick up a package, they cant find it for about 20 minutes, they run around like chickens with their heads cut off looking for it, and then finally find it. No organization whatsoever. Very sad for such a supposed reputable company.

twice this week they put card in the mailbox instead of bringing in at the house I am disabled I will stop using it now I have to go down and pick up another package because they are being lazy very upset with this I have a disabled mother that I take care of and do not like to leave her alone

I have been waiting on a package for almost 3 weeks. While I do have a gated property with 4 dogs, I was aware and checked almost every hour for them to show up. They honk for my neighbors who also have a fence and 3 dogs, but not for us. No one has tried.

Paid extra for delivery and it was out on truck all day saying delivered by 8pm at 8:30 they changed it and said rescheduled for more convenient time by recipient. Not true and now I wont get it until Monday. Fedex all the way.

Ups is the biggest joke for a delivery service! The drivers are unprofessional and dont do there job!!!! I waited all day for them to just leave a note and made no effort to knock or let me know they were there!!!
