Horrible. Just outright horrible. Customer service is atrocious. I sent a package out heading to the U.K., IPS says 7-10 business days. So I pay and I send the package, after several days transit time it arrives at the IPS facility where it SITS for over a WEEK! After a week of no updates and no tracking for the second leg of the trip I live messaged them through their website and some arrogant jerk basically told me to kick rocks. He said well we have no way of knowing how long it will take, 7-10 days is just an estimate. So why put 7-10 days on your site if what you really mean we dont know when your package will arrive? I asked when is my package going out with GLS, he says I dont know. Seriously? After going round and round he says well we should have one going out this week. I say so I should have a tracking email by Friday then? Get this, he says sir, we are very busy so I cannot tell you when you will get the email. Then he disconnects me when I ask him to get me his superior! Well I eventually get the email.. on the following MONDAY. It says the package should be arriving at the airport by the next day and I should be able to start tracking my package in another 2 days!!??!!?? So in a nutshell, dont ship GLS with IPS because what they do is have you ship your parcel to IPS in Florida where they will hang onto it until whenever they find a place for it or decide to ship it out at THEIR convenience. Nobody gives a rats *** there and if you have a concern they wont want to hear it. Its now been 12 business days and my parcel hasnt even left the U.S. yet and I still dont even know if its on a plane or when it will be on a plane... because the tracking says GLS doesnt have the package yet. Avoid these jerks at all cost.. beware!! Id give a ZERO star rating if it would let me.

PLEASE do not trust them with international shipping of any kind, and be aware, they call their service door to door and you pay for door to door but its really door to port if they even really pick up your packages at all, which they didnt I had to lug 4- 65 pound boxes to a FedEx office myself to make deadline and then they hired some crazy agent in Uganda that lied to my recipient and extorted him for $1300 left his boxes in storage accumulating fees for 3 days before calling to say they were in, then he screwed up the customs and the boxes that were donated gifts of humanitarian items were charged full duty of items shipped for sale then they just walk away like none of their screw ups are their issue then to top it off they claim the fine print says local delivery is extra fee, well last time I checked the port in Kampala is not local to Masaka the address given and accepted for door to door delivery they think because they put fine vague print on things it means its legal to defraud and misrepresent do not do business with a company that defrauds Girl Scouts and poor African people

Just finding out, the hard way, on who not to use for shipping parcels. Tried to cancel an order after finding out the pick up was PM only. This was after I paid the fee! Now I am having a hard time getting refunded. E mails from Stacie at this company are quite abrupt and unhelpful. My personal advice is, stick to USPS, Fed Ex or other mainstream carrier and pay the extra for guaranteed service without nasty added expense (time and effort) and hassle like I am now experiencing. People do not need this stress when planning a move. I only hope that I get a refund. I have advised my bank of my experience with this company.

I am a long time customer of IPS who lives in the Maldives. I have been using IPS for over five years to ship items I source from US suppliers. IPS is quite efficient and always send my parcels on time. I would recommend to use IPS for your services. No other party in USA could beat IPS with regard to forwarding items from USA. Keep up the good work and do not be discouraged by those who made negative comments about you. Thank you

I will cut out the drama. In short I tried IPS Shipping because of its incredibly low price, what I am regretting now is that I have lost $800 worth of goods and no one in IPS is interested in helping me. Choose IPS Shipping if you love trouble and rude service.

Horrible customed service from Stacey the Manager.....package took double the deliver than time stated. I was a long time customer, but will never use this service again after the customer service that was recieved.

bad customer service, overcharged my credit card, superviser was yealing and my card was authorized 6 times causing overdraft that cost me more than sending it twice. Bad business !! bad customer service. Stay away
