Shipped several packages. One was damaged on delivery home. Dont know where on its trip but I did wind up filing a claim on one because of the damage. They were good at getting my money to me. They tried to charge me twice for the packages as well and finally got it taken care of.

I looked up the rates. prepared my package, paid for shipment, printed my label, dropped off and was then charges an additional $15.00. I checked pricing again...it said the same..exact dimensions, weight, etc...very deceptive practices...think twice ...use the Post Office.
