I have never had experience with a FedEx office location as plagued by bad customer service as this one. After reading the reviews it looks like I too fell victim to the Bobby brand of "tough luck" customer service. After sending an order earlier this afternoon and leaving to run errands (I specified that I would be in at 6:30pm to pick it up), I arrived to find that they emailed me about part of my order because of a new policy that requires them to charge extra for double sided copies. However, the other half of my order that was single sided also had not been started when I arrived. I had an appointment at 7pm that I needed these documents for. Bobby was rude and blamed new management for enforcing the merged documents rule for not starting that part of my order. When I asked about the other half (that didnt require this) he told me that they were too busy to start it and he was still working on earlier projects. As he said this, the other employee was walking around the store cleaning up and straightening things. RIDICULOUS! Ill be calling management tomorrow.

Donna is AWESOME!! Full of energy, very helpful and kind. She was taking care of other customers when I walked in to do self printing and I could overhear the great quality of assistance she provided to others. I usually walk in to other FedEx stores without interaction with the staff, but when she was done with the others she immediately asked if everything was printing okay for me. I later did need assistance as I had to use the computer to adjust one of the files before printing, and she was most helpful. When alone she spoke with me and was encouraging and cheerful and lifted my spirits (I was job searching during that time). I got in my car and went straight to saving this location for future and writing this review. She is a raving fan maker, and I hope her employer knows the value she brings to this establishment. Also, the place was clean and doesnt smell like mildew like another location I go to does.

I needed to have files scanned and converted to .pdf files for a job application to be sent via the internet. I asked the manager, Brad, for assistance and explained that I needed the files reduced in size to 4 MB. He scanned and converted the files quickly and explained to me what he was doing. I had the same thing done a few months ago at a different office / supply store and the person scanned the files at a high resolution and they were too large to send. ... Ive been to this store several times and the staff is always friendly and and asks if I need help. Great job, folks!

I just had a bad experience with Bobby, too! I have never been to a retail store that would not take my copy of a tax exempt certificate to buy something. He told me I would have to go online, register the certificate, and maybe in 24 hours it would be on file and then I could come back and make my purchase. He never even bothered to ask what organization I was with to see if it already was on file. I know it probably was on file, but at that point I said thanks for nothing and took my business elsewhere.

Just got off the phone with a "Bobby"! You have to be kidding! I was fixing to bring in a project and his attitude was so poor! The way I was spoken to was not the type of customer service I want to work with. He put me on hold and had an attitude when he did it. I will not even think about using them for my project! Off to Staples. Spoke to them and they were wonderful and willing to help! Glad I didnt waste my time in person with this store!

Was there this morning (7/10). The woman behind the counter could not have been more unpleasant. All the time that I was explaining what I needed, she went on with her work...shuffling papers, weighing packages, stamping boxes, etc. Never made eye contact with me. And I was the only customer in the store! I decided to go to the post office instead. Very rude lady.

They routinely give incorrect answers and quotes. double check everything. You may want to consider other services. I specifically requested return shipping documents, and was left stranded with incorrect documents and fed-ex would not pick up my shipment. A recent print quote was 3 times another local vendor.

Bobby seemed like he hated life. The store was clean but wont go back because of the prices. FedEx used to be affordable but cost me $23 just to ship a phone about a thirty minute drive from their store. I told him the cheapest way possible too!!! I will never go back.

Terrible service. They were rude from the moment I walked in. Not even an "Im sorry" or any kind of compassion when something couldnt be done (when other FedExs have been able to do this). I was practically kicked out of the store.

awesome self service copy station. I didnt have to wait to be helped since you pay right at the kiosk. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Was able to complete my task all on my 15 min work break.
