Debbie is the manager. She is rude, and not helpful. Basically the other USPS closed down so this is the closest one for me unless I drive 30 minutes to another location. FOUR times I have had issues with them closing early. About 2 months ago I drove by, they were open, parked my car...walked up and they were suddenly closed! WOW! Well, about a month later I had another package, I was 5 minutes away and my husband called to let them know I was 5 minutes away and to make sure they did actually close at 530. Debbie said "We close at 530, no exceptions". Got there at 525...closed. The following day my husband left work at 430 to take the package...got there at 5 minutes TILL 5:00 ...CLOSED...we tried one last time the next day...he drove up, store sign was on...by the time he parked the car and walked up ...CLOSED, NO LIE!, again it was 5:00pm. I called Debbie to ask what was going on. Even though there door says they close at 5, she told me 5:30...repeatedly and still does. I explained what happened the past few visits to which she replied "I dont know what kind of watch you use, be we go by our clocks here". Im reporting them.

Brought my tablet in 4 times to get shipped the first time with different lady it was $2.83. The next 3 times with a different lady but the same for the next 3 .so ,2nd time $3.90. 3rd time $4.85 the last time brought my own box she said $6.32. I was like how is that she said well. Blah blah maybe the person give you break made more lies I was like. it was you the last three times she said well you got penuts wrap and on and on last time. I said thats funny cuz you rapped it in front of me and none of that was in there ,any way the lady is trying to rip ppl off. it wasnt big deal a couple bucks, its the point will never go there again cuz when I went to pic it up at store cuz they left my tablet at burned down housethe last time they delivered it. I said I want it to ship to store she said it was $5 come to find out it was suppose to be free she should be fired.

Every time I have been in there they have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service . Even going so far as to contact a hotel that my wife left her purse in and convincing them to drive the purse to a u.p.s. store in South Carolina. Not one bad thing to say about the place. She always gives me several options for prices. I cant believe anyone ever had a negative experience at this place. I have not been paid to say this nor will I gain anything for it. I love this place.

Professional Color

I paid for my package to get to Texas by today at 10 am package never got there . I called the store they took my information and said oh we will call you back. Have not heard back I call again they are closed. The worst service ever that paperwork is very important and time sensitive. I would not have paid the extra if I knew this. The worst I never have had and problem with the ups store they have the worst employees. Never will use this one again.

Man did I get ticked off here. I tried to ship a firearm back to Taurus for repair, but they told me I had to take it to the UPS on Ridge Road. I later found out that is the law, not the call of the poor girl I screamed at. My bad, so sorry. Least I can do is leave you a decent review and admit, I was wrong.

I have done business with this UPS Store since 2008 and have had only pleasant experiences. They contact me when I have packages to pick up, hold packages as I need them and are always kind and friendly.

I just had a comment for Bloggy.....cant you get there a few minutes earlier??? That seems a little irresponsible to wait till the last minute, and then complain. Leave more time, plan better!
