Had to edit my review! There was a mix up, probably logical, and related to a system I know nothing about! So big benefit of the doubt time! :-) Called and let the office know what had occurred, wondering if there was something I needed to do..and a supervisor was brought to the phone. Happy to report, the guy was super friendly, professional, nice, and just checked my mail..whatever has gone a bit weird, was fixed..very nicely too.. Id like to say THANKS guys! (And gals!)..I know you process TONS, literally of mail..so your odds are better than mine (finding lost car keys in my own house? :-p)... so Im appreciative of how fast you resolved this on top of your regular huge work load The daily mail arriving mostly perfectly as it does? No small feat..and wanted to let you know its very appreciated <3 I think putting things in context, with a kinder outlook needs to happen more..The world would be a much happier place..so why not start right here, right now :-) H eres the five stars you deserve..

I needed to get some boxes for a care package and I know they are free, I just wasnt sure which ones were free so I asked Tina and she was very rude to me and the way she spoke to me was as if I was a child who had no idea what I was doing and these were her exact words: " well sweetheart, unfortunately this is a retail store and we are here to make money so we dont give out anything for free. You can try the grocery store " I know damn well the boxes are free because Ive taken some before and my dad said so as well and when I told her if they cost money how much would it be and she said "it depends plus you have to pay for tape" and I said "money isnt a problem" and she gave me an attitude. Worst customer service. Finally when I was walking away she asked me where I heard such a thing from and when I told her my dad and I have come in before and we take boxes she said "oh well some of them are free if thats what you mean" shes sooooooo dumb oh my Jesus

Moved into the neighborhood and asked at our local branch for instructions on installing my mailbox. I was told the most important consideration was to locate the mailbox so that the carriers vehicle was off the pavement, if possible. I positioned the mailbox on the apron of the 14 foot wide entry to my driveway to enable the carrier to pull off the road and easily reach into the box. Now the carrier refuses to even slow down when passing my mailbox and marks the mail "unable to deliver." (a week later) I have gone in and spoken with the Postmaster twice about my mailbox and lack of delivery. He said the mail carrier was on vacation, but would review the situation. Seems no one had read the instructions and didnt know the first instruction was to get the mail carrier off the road. Currently, waiting on hold, ("waiting times greater than one hour") to ask them to stop returning my mail to sender.

First it took me 1 month to receive a birthday gift from my son. I did get over that. Now I have been waiting for a small package delivery from a vendor. The tracking number states it was delivered to my mailbox but I have not received it. I tried the phone number numerous time unsuccessfully, tried customer support number on internet, that did not work. She gave me a telephone number to a post office in another town. I called them and he gave me another number that didnt work either. What the heck is going on. Being so frustrated I emailed the vendor and told them to deal with it. Not enough time in my life to be dealing with ongoing incompetence of highly paid personnel. There is no customer service. I will say this is the first time i have written a review but its been one problem after another with mail delivery in our area.

I sent my package by PRIOPRITY mail at this office. It was not trackable and only showed "Accepted at this office". It has been that status for 7 days!! I called for help to look for my package which might have been dropped accidentally in that facility. Seth, very unfriendly and rude staff, kept saying It left their office without even trying to look for my package. Tracking did not show the next step, how do you so sure about it? Also, he said international mail is not trackable once it leaves this country. Are you really working for USPS? It is TRACTABLE! Thats why people use priority mail instead of first class mail. Seriously, this office needs to educate their staffs regarding all the rules as well as customer service.

I moved from a mid-Atlantic state (very close to DC) a few years back. Prior to my move, in all my dealings with USPS attendants, I became convinced that there were none anywhere that provided friendly customer service (it was like they were always doing me a favor). However, when I moved to Bradenton FL (more specifically LWR), I have had to go to the LWR P.O. from time to time for mail service and mailing packages. The first time, and every time since then, I was and continue to me very pleasantly surprised that friendly customer service does exist at a USPS location. They have always been courteous, helpful, and respectful of me as a customer. Its good to see friendly humans do exist within the USPS.

Phone is always busy. Can not locate packages that can not be dropped off. Seems like employees dont have a set schedule with the gap between when mail is delivered daily. Sometimes before noon and sometime at 5. In the same month... Just so we can clarify about holiday seasons, etc. Manager always gets pissy with me when I ask for them to locate my package that is sitting in the back of their warehouse because it either arrived late or I had to sign for it. Usually only on employee at the desk; that cant quite figure of what they need to do or how to do it for the matter. Brings a whole new meaning to "Going Postal" every time I have to call or walk in this poorly ran excuse of a post office.

We are very dissapointed with our Mail Carrier. She sent 2 Christmas cards back that had our EXACT address. Also received a package that she droped off at the office at our appartment and NEVER let us know there was a package there for us. Turns out the sender paid extra for expedited shipping and it sat in the office for days without us knowing it was there. That was not the first time she did not notify us that there was a package in the office, difference was I was expecting the other packages so I was notified by the shipper that it was delivered. Something needs to be done! We NEVER had any problems with the previous mail carrier. =(

We are experiencing difficulty with carrier Johanna Tucker. She seems to have appointed herself "Judge and Jury" with our mail. We have been delinquent in getting our mail, so she decided on her own to EMPTY our box and leave a note. I would think leaving a note with our box full would be enough. Today there is more and more "junk mail" that fills the box. We dont expect any carrier to make a decision to NOT deliver junk mail but to leave an "arrogant" note is uncalled for. We will make the trip up to your post office but we would appreciate you having a meeting with this individual and her tactics.
