What is up with them not answering the phone? I have a lot of respect for the postal service, but they mess up my mail worse than any other place I have ever lived. Tried to call them and it would ring and ring and then hang up on you.

Only ever one person working the desk, and no machine to do self service. Takes ages to get througha line. Johnson City is way more efficient.
