Id give 0-stars if possible: I have video from my security cameras that show the dates I was supposed to receive a signature required letter and all three dates that they wrote on the envelope as "unreachable", they didnt even bother, not once, to get out of their truck and come to the door. The 4th time they came, they left a note saying it was being returned, an just left, didnt even knock or ring bell; if it wasnt for my dogs Id have never known. Fortunately, I live in an area where they have to pass by again, so I went out to get my letter(and Im disabled). Then they had the nerve to say they came to the door, but they soon shut their mouth when I told them about my cameras. On top of that, several times theyve hit my trash can and pushed it to the middle of the street only to back up go around it and leave it there (video of that too). Not to mention smashing my mail box the first month I lived here. After talking to my carrier, they said mostly, its the fill in workers that act this way. Ive tried to reach the Post Master but he mine as well be Santa as he seems to only work once a year. Like to have that job! My regular carrier, Barb, is great! She will even pick up packages at my door if I leave a note on my box before I go to bed, and shell bring all my mail to my door, if she also has a package to deliver. She gets 5-stars, but not the rest of them!

I work for a mobile home park in Spring Hill. Our park is serviced by this USPS location, a carrier comes daily to deliver and pick up outgoing mail.On many occasions, we have not had our mail picked up. This has caused Residents utility and other important bills to be late. We have served many Residents with eviction notices for not mailing in their rent. We have evicted one, and received their rent payment months later. It causes a lot of stress for us and the Residents. If we do not receive their money order by the 1st, we allow until the 6th, then give (5) days for the mail, then a payment arrangement for them to try and fork up an additional $500.00 or so dollars while Amscot does their (60) day research and refund to the Resident. Our PO Box is only in Safety Harbor so this is simply unacceptable. I am still waiting for (5) rent payments from May 1st. We found out (2) weeks ago, they were still in the outgoing box. We called the Post Office to resolve but today, we found they are still in the box. They said they would speak with the carrier but thats all they could do. This is not the first time this has happened. Something needs to be done about the service at this location.

Please read whole review....Package Sent to Hernando Beach Fla. with a signature required, arriving there on 02/09/15. Customer never sees a notice..package sits there (is still there) for over 30 days.I call direct to Spring Hill PO and after 6 attempts over 3 days no answer ring rings rings. I call 800 number to try to find it...over 30 minutes on hold 3pm eastern, I get a person who speaks English as a second language very poorly informs me that it should have returned after 3 attempts and 15 days as she starts a claim...the following day I get a call from Mr Post Man informing me that the lady should have just gone to the PO and picked it up..I tell him I was unsure if it was there and the woman had no ticket to get the package...was told customers just dont see the notices I tell him I just wanted to know if its still there so the customer not running around on a goose chase...he says what goose chase its been there all the time...DUH...really? 30 days? No notice, No service, Wont answer phone? 30 minute holds? Foreign customer service? WTH???

I have gone up there several times for my package. First it was supposed to be delivered on Monday November 10,2014. I was waiting outside the WHOLE day for them. I came back to look up my tracking number it had said i was not home and they left a slip on my door. THERE was no SLIP on my DOOR! THEY never came at ALL! I go up to the office and they cannot find my package and tell me the carriers have left and they will make sure my package is delivered on Wednesday. AGAIN i wait outside and NOONE comes to my door. Next i go to them again that SAME day and they look for the package same thing... A lady took my information and said she was giving it to the supervisor. I will update this when i get more info on my situation.

This USPS branch has been pretty reliable over the ten years we have lived in our current house. However, since a new mailman took over our route, service has deteriorated a lot. We just returned home from a ten-day RV trip. They were supposed to hold our mail until today. All that was in the mailbox today was one piece of junk mail. I called the post office and found out that the mail was still there. I also found out that the mailman brought mail during one of the days when the mail was supposed to be held. Thank God for good neighbors. Now we just need a good mailman.

I wish you could rate it a zero.... Horrible customer service, the mail doesnt get delivered till after 5 pm if it comes at all. There are 3 or 4 mail trucks that pass my house( neighborhood street non thoroughfare street) will deliver mail to the church next door at 1pm. I LIVE IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE THIS POST OFFiCE IS LOCATED! I can walk there. Sometimes i get no mail at all and then a mailbox full at the end of the week. Have had packages delivered as late as 9 pm!!!! Awful delivery, awful customer service, and even worse

They cant answer a phone to save their lives and im pretty sure they hang up on me now cause all i get is long annoying bing. This is beyond rude and just unfair. I have a package that was valuable and i dont know if its lost, stolen, just sitting there or what cause no one can answer a phone. And to be honest im really hurt cause i was so happy to put a smile a special someones face but now i look dumb empty handed.

worst post office EVER have not gotten important mail and have had to call the different places to get it all cleared up and nothing ever gets resolved when you call this post office. When you go inside the post office every one is rude and that is on a good day it gets worse, for all the money these people are being paid they should have to do their jobs right because with out us they would not have a job.

Went in there to ask a few questions and the guy who assisted me was rude with the way he spoke to me and looked at me. Respect your customers dont just sit there chomping on your gum while looking at me disrespectfully. Didnt appreciate it at all especially after I had to drive all the way there after work because their phones dont work apparently.
