My purchases from Amazon and Ebay hardly ever arrive and up until now, I blamed the sellers. Mail has arrived late or it goes to my neighbors or is completely forgotten. Today the mailman completely avoided depositing my mail to my apartment and dropped it in someone elses box. After 4pm, I found my box full of mail that was delivered to neighbors. This needs to end and I will be talking to the company to resolve this issue

So basically, I had a package that needed delivered that day as it was promised. And it notified me it was "Out for Delivery". It never got delivered, it usually does around 10 AM. Anyway, I got home around 3 and called them being concerned. Had me on line while they tried to figure out what the issue was. Turns out they said they would call me back, but never did. They closed and totally forgot about my urgent package.

Considering the amount of mail coming through our local post office, I feel the Lancaster P.O. does a great job. Keep up the great work! I appreciate what u do for our community. I can get a piece of mail from OH to California for 42 cents...what a bargain! Thank u for your civil service.

Consistently delivering packages to neighbors mail boxes/front door. Horrible Horrible Horrible. If you cant read, you shouldnt be a mail carrier.

I dont know why people ship with USPS if they cant deliver mail right then why do they try to deliver packages.
