This has to be one of the worst post offices in the sinking ship that is known as the US Postal Service. I spoke with a gentleman named Tom 2 days prior to a mailing of approximately 290 8.5 X 11 envelopes. We did not just want to dump them on our carrier or fill up a our buildings mail box. So per his suggestion I went online to schedule a pick up on demand. When I went online the web page kept telling me they were experiencing difficulties and to try again later. I re-tried for an entire day before calling back. When I called, the phone just rang ooff the hook until I recieved the fast busy. I tried the number for several hours. finally, I left a note on our buildings mailbox asking the carrier to come to our office. We thought if nothing else, we would take the packages down to her truck for her to take to the post office. As a final ditch effort I called the main USPS 877 number to see if they would schedule the pick up. After 15 minutes on hold, I was told they could not pick up the mailing. My question is...why do we need them. Oh yeah...and the two people who went to the post office to drop them off were told they had to seperate the domestic from the foreign packages. REALLY... why do we need this group. Lets start a campaign to shut them down. UPS and FedEx come to your door everyday and take all the packages you can give them!!

ZERO STARS! Denise should be fired if the USPS isnt defunded and put out of business first. I live in an apartment complex and am a frequent Amazon shopper. Never had an issue with packages being delivered before, but one has mysteriously been reported as delivered in my mailbox but was not. It was a $20 video game that my 9 year old son bought with his own money - Ive already ordered another to replace this one so not a huge deal. What is a huge deal is Denise with her terrible attitude and lack of empathy. This PO refuses to acknowledge that the mail carrier is human and humans make mistakes. While I understand that their system shows the package was scanned in front of my particular mailbox, I would appreciate if this "supervisor" could admit that it is possible my package was left in any of the other 20 or so individual boxes within the main mailbox rather than simply telling me what an excellent mail carrier our delivery person is. Their recommendation? File a theft report with the police. Because my mailbox was properly locked when I went to retrieve the package, I suppose I will be filing a report accusing the mailman of stealing the package. Way to go Denise at the HighPoint PO. Another unsatisfied customer.

God help you if you expect mail service from this branch if it happens to be a day where your regular mailman is off. You can be assured that your delivery will be at least 4 hours late, if you even GET IT AT ALL!! As I write this, it is 5:20 in the afternoon and no one in the surrounding subdivision has received any mail delivery today, and this is not the first time its happened. If you call the branch directly, they will tell you they don"t have it in their budget for a substitute driver, yet on any given Friday I can find 7 or 8 mail trucks all congregated at the pizza place around the corner, so obviously some have to go well off their route to lunch there. These ludicrous delays happen every time the regular delivery man is off for a day, without any warning. I have neighbors up the street who have attempted to do ebay business by mail, nothing like getting that check at 6pm in the evening! JonQ

Whomever the woman is who works here I applaud her. She is the fastest employee there. She took 4 customers before the other clerks were done with their 1. Thank you whomever you are for being so fast and efficient! In and out in less than 8 minutes! Went back today 12/21, older gentleman sent me back to line to complete a priority slip. His next customer, same thing, except he sent her to the booth next to his and allowed her to cut back into the line after his next customer without a wait! And then he helped her tape her box for 10 minutes and a fix her label she didnt attached that he gave clear instructions on. Meanwhile as they carried on their long conversation, I finally got back up to the front was next to them but with the fast girl, and got out before her! Wow...

horrible horrible service!!!! I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by a promised date and ended up getting sent to my neighbors house! I was accused by the supervisor at this location basically saying "our carrier does a great job in delivering" and went on about "we will call you but he delivered it to your address". Not only did she never called me when promised, but I called back and went through the whole story calmly and she decided to tell me I had an attitude because of me telling her how I was accused. So not only that I call to let her know that her carrier made a mistake Im delivering my package to the neighbor she raised her voice at me and decided to hang up in the middle of the conversation. This location made me feel like a criminal.

Horrible mail men! Horrible customer service at the location.. have been waiting on a package late on delivery 3 days past delivery date. Talked to mail man there named Terry who was a complete sarcastic idiot that didnt like the fact that I went on Vacation prior to this and couldnt empty out my mail box for a few days then told me the package was sent back because of that when bigger packages go in a completely different box from the junk mail box so it should not have been sent back. Spoke to the supervisor Denise at the location and for 3 days she assured me that the package would be there the day after and it never was. Ended up having to spend my gas money to drive there to pick it up because these idiots where gonna send it back to shipper ..

Went in to cash a money order. The lady didnt have enough cash in her drawer so she went to the old man next to her. She asked if he had enough cash in his drawer to cash me out. He said he didnt know and that he would check after he was done helping another customer. I said I would wait and thats what I did. After 15 minutes, he was done with the customer. But instead of getting me taken care of and just check his drawer to see if he had the cash, he proceeded to call others from the line when I was first in line and already waiting. I spent another 15 minutes standing at the counter. I eventually just walked out of the door. He blatantly ignored me and would have rather me stand there all day like I have nothing else to do. Will not be returning.
