Terrible, terrible, terrible. Manager is so rude and a complete b_tch. I was told to wait for her to help with a problem I had. She was on the phone at the time on a personal call. I was standing right next to her while patiently waiting for her to finish. She saw me standing there, but took her sweet time in helping me. I timed my wait, and it was 15 minutes before she acknowledged me. I then looked at the time log on the phone she was using, and her personal call lasted a total of 45 minutes. There is also limited parking downtown, and there are always postal trucks parked in 3 or 4 of the 5 or 6 spaces reserved for customers. Those spaces also have a 15 minute time limit on them, but the post office trucks are there for hours sometimes. I know they have a job to do, and they have to load the trucks so they can deliver the mail to us, but they also need to use their space allotted for their trucks. Very poor!

3 days in 30, no mail delivery or pick-up to a multi-million dollar manufacturing company in St. Pete, on a street full of commercial businesses. There is no phone number for the local office to complain, and it is obvious why. I have seen carriers on cell phones when they deliver. They cant read the sign on the mail box that states our hours and when to deliver inside - a 9 hour window, so they just drop mail in the box just outside the door. We made it larger, but obviously, not large enough. We had a decent carrier who actually cared about his job, but management drained the life out of him, and shoved him to a different route. We gave up a PO box we had for 30 years, because some rocket scientist at USPS decided businesses did not need their mail until 10:30, and they could not keep the vagrants from panhandling every day by the front doors. No wonder they are going bankrupt.

Ive had problems with mail carriers for years. They sweat all over my mail and dont cover the mail when its raining. One magazine was sweat through to the 17th page. That is gross and unhealthy. I tried to talk to the post master over a dozen times and never got pass a lady in the office. I dont even know if the post master even exists. Needs to be more attainable and meet with people. Maybe my concerns will be remedied.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER! Paid for express mail when mail wasnt even delivered on time! I had to wait on the phone over 10minutes just to speak to someone, they wont even give me my money back, supervisor is very unprofessional and rude and doesnt even listen, keeps talking over me while im trying to tell her the situation. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND EVER USING THIS OFFICE AGAIN!!! WORST IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.

If I could give this place 0 stars believe me I would. I paid for priority mail from Chicago, which has yet to arrive... it has been almost two weeks. What is worse?! Every time I call this specific location the phone rings and rings and then someone ends my call. They just dont want to pick up the phone and deal with anyone. Please stop wasting my tax dollars and do your job dead beats.

In the past, this has been a great post office for me. Unfortunately, they dont answer their phone! I am out of town and attempting to check on mail forwarding issues Im having with my box, but I cannot reach them. If this were a private business enterprise, not answering phones or providing a voicemail option would force it to close very quickly. USPS is a sinking ship!

The Postal workers are very kind, polite and friendly Tom, Sally & Donna are always in an upbeat mood when I go there. My mail service is fine I havent had any problems thus far. The reason I relocated my Mail was because I was never receiving all of my mail and when I went to the site on 16 st They couldnt tell me anything. Smh!

No one ever answers a phone here to help the community. Have a package, between here and Orlando, but they dont update us and its been 3 days so far. Havent had our normal mail time come at all in this past month, hoping they are changing stuff. By far the worst part is that they never answer the phone, they just listen to it.

These guys were awesome! They were so helpful and I actually had fun. Then when I forgot to add an important detail to the address, I called back and they found my package and immediately corrected it for me. The staff made my day. I was so surprised by the experience, that I wrote a review, something I have never done.

Called their office ALL DAY, phone rings and rings and no one picks up. They lost my priority mail package and never scanned the tracking number. Now it is not in the system and they are clueless where it is. Wont pay the insured price for 30 days "in case they find it" HOT MESS

Why is it that when you call to speak with a person during business hours, the phone is either busy or just rings. Ive had 3 packages that where "delivered" to my home and I havent received anything! Try to get a hold of someone to find out why and I cant get a answer!

Worst customer service ever. They are unable to locate a package that was last scanned at this location. State that it is out for delivery everyday. Will not hold at post office or leave at house or leave a slip on how to get MY PACKAGE!

Best post office in St. Petersburg. Very friendly employees that are so patient with customers, but also very efficient in getting people in and out who are ready to go. Large lobby doesnt feel cramped and a lot of services offered.

Terrible experience. Site doesnt work. No info about hours or days are open and more. Phone goes from one menu to another without chance to speak with any human being...ridiculous the automatic system. ..wasting time.

This one stays open until 7pm. Its great to get all my mail at a secure post office box. I dont have to worry about mail theft. I can check it once or twice a month and know that my mail is safe from spies.

The two people who seem to run this office by themselves are so disorganized its ridiculous. Ive never seen longer lines, slower staff, or more of my mail misplaced than anywhere else in the country.

Calling in just leads you through a labyrinth of automated responses...and then youre told theres a wait time of 40-50 minutes - with no option to schedule a call back. Nonsense.
