One of the WORST delivery services I have EVER experienced. Im a disabled vet that is house-bound so I receive everything through online delivery services & since I moved to the area to be closer to family I have had nothing but issues. The first time an order was not delivered I called the post office & filed a complaint with the first supervisor I got in touch with. That supervisor got a conflicting account from the delivery person & told me "His story is different. He said he knocked & there was no answer so I am not getting involved." Thankfully the person delivered my package the next day. This month, like normal, I ordered my normal items & I only received half of my packages. I go on to tracking today to find out where my order is & it says delivered the delivery was signed for by X. Someone whose initials do not even match mine. I try to call their local number at 8:00 AM EST when they open, but after two or three rings someone picks up & immediately hangs up. I call their 1-800 number & there is no option to talk to an actual person to file a complaint. I get put on hold in a queue that had a minimum wait time of 45 minutes. Im almost to the point that I am going to contact the USPS IG.

WOW! This post office is just as rad as the one right by my house. I walked in and saw a long ass line. I thought I was going to be there for an hour. I was still in and out in under 10 mins. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The lady that took care of me understood how important my parcel was and assured me that it would be safe in their hands.

I live in Briar Oaks for about a year and they still cannot get our mail right. I wait for a pkg states delivered and the key in my box was not my package was my neighbors. My package was in another box that has a broken lock no key. Thank you for my neighbors telling me they saw it in the broken box.

This Hudson Post Office has been wonderful over the 20 years I have acquired its services. The workers are kind and go out of their way to help. Now that Ive moved to another state I can clearly see their excellence and what I had!! God bless you guys & Merry Christmas!!

Im new to this area and Ill just say I hope the staff inside the post office is nicer than the 1 guy that seems to be the only one working the phone. He was so rude even when he finally answered the phone. If you hate your job that much get a new one.

During the holidays when folks are sending gifts, the staff is so alert & eager to help get you in & out fast. So many people are in a hurry & dont have time to wait long.
