This post office is the WORST. I brought in a small bubble envelope with a $2 phone case Id gotten from Ebay. They sent me the wrong size, so I was sending it back. I told her I needed postage to send this envelope back. The girl first tried to convince me I needed to get a $20 box if I wanted to send it "priority" I explained again that it was a $2 phone case - she told me to go get a smaller box then for $5.99. I told her I didnt need a box, I could just fold over the edge and address it. She tried telling me that its the holiday season and I shouldnt put the carriers through any more of a hassle, so I should go buy the $5.99 box. I said it should be fine like this, Ive sent things like this before, I just wanted to buy the postage. She told me to at least go get a .40 cent label for it so the carrier could see it more clearly, and pointed to where there was a pile of labels. I put one on, and came back to another lady. IF YOU DONT SEE THE POINT HERE YET, LET ME JUST TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE PUSHING THEIR MERCHANDISE TO THE POINT OF TREATING ME LIKE AN IDIOT AND PUSHING ME AROUND - COMPLETELY TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CUSTOMER! Real nice during this Christmas season. This next lady right next to her said, "If you purchase priority shipping at $20.00, I will let you use the tape. If you want to buy postage, then Im going to direct you over there to that display with the packing tape on it - go get you one of those for $3.75 and come back." I was in disbelief. I have packing tape in my car, but I was appalled. I said, I just need to tape this envelope closed, you couldnt offer me a little piece of tape instead?" She said, "No, not unless you purchase priority shipping." I turned to leave and she told me I had to pay for the label - which was not .40 cents - it was around .85 cents. WHY are they going to treat people that way? As I was leaving she said "Merry Christmas Maam" very sarcastically. Ewww...thats just wrong. I said, "yeah, right. Youre telling me Merry Christmas like that? And you wouldnt even give me a piece of tape." She said, "Am I suppose to offer you a piece of flimsy scotch tape?" Even more sarcastically. I understand the term "going postal" now. And I also no longer have a SHRED of sympathy for any postal worker. Two of them in a ROW treated me like a piece of garbage that they could USE and then treated me sarcastically and dismissively. I would like to talk to their supervisor, but telling that they tried to push their products so hard will probably not get anything fixed. They should treat the customer with genuine warmth and consideration. They are appalling at this Post Office, and I will NEVER go back.

I used to LOVE this post office and the people were SUPER HELPFUL! That was before they replaced all of the full-time, long term employees with newer and possibly part time employees, in an effort to save money. I actually had a cashier WALK AWAY and she TOOK HER BREAK IN THE MIDDLE OF WAITING ON ME just 3 days ago.I waited, because she said she had to get something and shed be right back. Another cashier finally helped me, but I didnt want to cut in front of the customer coming up. The original cashier finally returned 10 (or more) minutes after she left and didnt say a word to me when she saw me in the next line! The 2nd cashier was nice and helpful, but she had to fix what the first one started, so it took me forever to mail one package. I wouldnt be on here complaining except that I needed to call them today, and guess what? NO ANSWER-just like everyone says here. Very sad, they threw away great employees and fantastic service, and according to the other reviews-they dont care!

I cannot believe how bad this post office is. I put in a change of address way ahead of time, I not only didnt get my package but it went all the way back to the originating address in northern MN!! This is after I had a tracking number and told them numerous times to send it to my NEW address in Brooksville. You people still have my name wrong too. It is no longer Michaelson and I wrote that in the Change of Address form. What is wrong with you people? Forward my mail. Thats not all, I got a collection letter from my Hospital and I never knew I owed any money even though the hospital told me they sent out two bills to my old address. The collection company found my correct address and I didnt even tell them!! Forward my mail!!!! Terrible post office. Fire someone and get someone there who knows what they are doing and also, the phone either rings busy or no one answers!!!

I have had non stop issues with my mail delivery with these folks, Im trying to call them to get it resolved since speaking with the letter carrier hadnt resolved the issues, all the phone does is ring busy.... I own a check based business, and have invested in a $300 locking mailbox, which is completely defeated when their letter carriers dont place the mail all the way in so it drops, just completely lazy, its further compounded by the fact we care for a family member with dementia, and thus their able to pull the mail out and loose it, or even worse is actually handed to him, despite the carriers being advised of their condition and my wishes for my mail, I can honestly say Ive never been so dissatisfied with the usps......

I used this post office since 1997. Staff are very friendly and helpful, I dont understand all these negative feedbacks from other people. Theres no such thing perfect post office, if you find one, please dont go there, you might just spoil that post office. Dont get me wrong , i did have some situations one or two, but the supervisor managed to resolved the situations. Just dont loose your temper if it doesnt goes your way. Keep calm and carry on and all ends well. Bear in mind ,these are people, they are not robot, they bound to make mistake, nobodys perfect! If you are not happy with the service, you can always opted out to another post office. Its America, people!..you have your own free will.

Consistently placing parcel "on wrong truck" but yet they scan packages as "delivery attempted notice left" when thats a blatant lie. You attempt to get clarity on the issue from the office itself and the not so bring people that get on the phone wasnt too argue with you and just tell you from Darrell "youll get it tomorrow.... Youll get it tomorrow" thats NOT the point Darrell. What IS the point is you should employ less incompetent people to do this job. NOW Im getting packages that are arriving there at the post office and not going out until the next day AFTER theyre supposed to be delivered. Is that punishment for questioning why my mail isnt making it to me Darrell??

Automated mail delivery service that tells me I am going to have mail at my P.O. Box is either wrong about having any mail or when i do get mail it tells me its ready to be picked up from my P.O. Box but when I open my box there 9s no key and when I ask the people inside they tell me it will be another hour or two. Whats the point of an automated delivery service. Everyone should already know the postal system is behind the times. Sometimes my mail man delivers my mail at 12 noon and sometimes I wont get it until 430pm
