Items to improve on: Work on greeting the customer, having a can- do attitude, and treating customers with respect. There is no sense of customer satisfaction at this location. The reason I went to the post office was for further help that I cannot receive online. Once I was sure of the best method of sending my package, I asked for a piece of tape. The sales representative helping me said she didnt have any and that none of the other associates had any either. When I looked over to my right, the very next sales associate had tape right in front of her. I shared this with my sales representative, but she did nothing so I asked the representative next to us "Do you mind if I have a piece of tape?". Her reponse was "You just interrupted me." While I understand different people work in different ways, I believe the sales representative couldve handled this situation better. When I am pleasant and kind, I expect the same in return. I did not catch her name, but she had mid-length dark brown hair.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.I went to renew a passport. They first said I do not have an appointment although I made an appointment over the phone and arrived 10 minutes early to it. After two employees spending 15 min looking at the appointment book (handwritten), they said they cant help me as they cant find my appointment noted. The place was empty with over 5 employees just standing there and could have helped me regardless. It seemed like they were quite annoyed to be working. Finally one employee said I should try the court house which I did and they were able to help me immediately. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Please do not go there for passport services. Court house personnel are professional, efficient and pleasant unlike the workers at the USPS, Oldsmar. By the way, dont even try to make an appointments at any of the Tampa USPS offices. I called over 25 times at different times for 3 days, and still could not get through.

I have had constant problems with mail since Ive moved to Oldsmar. I often get things that are for other condo units in my box and twice last year I had unemployment checks for myself be given to neighbors who thankfully brought them to my door or I would have had a major issue trying to get the government to reissue them. Today I had arranged for a package I need to sign for to be redelivered, upon speaking to the mailman he tells me they tried to redeliver it on Wednesday instead. I clearly stated FRIDAY 9/9 when I called the USPS # to arrange re-delivery. Now I have to go through the inconvenience of driving to the post office to pick it up because they cant seem to get the simplest things right.

Worst Post Office in the county. Staff has Terrible customer service skills, bad attitudes, not friendly & not helpful to provide basic supplies that all other post offices in the area happily provide.. Ive seen many individuals walk away unhappy over the years.. This place needs a new friendly staff & you can start by replacing the Unhappy Old Lady who never smiles with long straight grey hair as well as the Little Smug A hole with a 3 letter name that starts with J. This place is a disgrace to our beautiful & friendly community. I wouldve given zero stars if I couldve.

Mailed a package from Oldsmar to New Jersey on 4/28 paying the extra to send it priority mail. Package didnt arrive so checked the tracking. It was sent to Puerto Rico (2 different offices). It arrived in New Jersey on 5/5. When calling the Post Office I was informed mistakes happen. Basically, to bad so sad no refunds for you sucker! This is not the first time this has happened to me but wanted to hear it again so I would write this review. Is it any wonder the Post Offices are failing. UPS for me from now on.

I paid to change the locks on a mail box so I could start receiving my mail and it took them 2 and a half weeks just to finally switch locks. They didnt even tell me I could hold mail and pick it up at the post office. The only reason there not getting 1 star is the manager helped me get it figured out. Said theyve been understaffed. Even being understaffed, it shouldnt take 2 weeks to get me my mail. Especially since I paid!

As a business, have been waiting 2 days for a new lock as our key doesnt work. We are a CPA firm that has deadlines and not being able to get mail is an issue for our clients who send us mail. Called two times and was told both times would be out today. I called at 9am, was told on the way, its not noon and just called again only for the phone to ring......This is a problem.

I was utterly confused and was desperate for help. I was about to wait in the line until a worker there, I suppose, saw my confusion (or maybe my unpacked items?) and helped out. Turns out it was so easy to prepare and he saved me 20 minutes of line waiting and was super nice about it. Thank u man who once mixed matched his ebay shipments!! :P

They just dont like you guys. You come in angry because you know the lines will be long so theres no pleasing you. I smile, hit on the women (mildly). Theyre always helpful. I will say someone stole a Priority Mail package from my mail box (in Oldsmar) and the PO refused to honor the insurance claim. That was pretty chicken s&%!.

This is the worst post office. I dont ever post reviews but after being treated the way i have been since i moved to oldsmar i had to say something. The staff is so rude. They need to fire that entire staff especially that manager he is the rudest of all of them. I didnt even want to give them a star.

Theyre slow to get mail into PO Boxes in the morning, slow while you stand in line. Some of the grumpiest people end up working the counter. They wont give the supplies you need. This post office helps me realize why the Postal Service is hurting. They arent worth the money you spend.

went there to inquire about post office box. Female I talked to was o.k. Had another question and asked the male behind the counter and he was a typical post office employee: aloof, rude and not helpful. Acted like he was doing me a favor by answering my question.

Very bad Customer Service. Google indicates they open today 5/27/16 at 8:30 and when you call they dont answer for crap. Third attempt and nothing. They arent even busy! I live 5 blocks from them and had to drive to ask them a simple question!

You would think will all the 1 star reviews this place has they would replace the ENTIRE staff... worst post office in the country indeed. Unhelpful, rude, lose your packages, never answer their phone. AWFUL.

This is the most efficient Post Office in the area. I regularly mail packages from this location which is convenient. It is close to the Oldsmar Walmart too! The staff is friendly.
