WARNING BAD BUSINESS EXPERIENCE. They trashed item, never contacted me, I return and ask for if they have sold my stuff and they said that they couldnt sell it so had to trashed so just gave it away to someone. They will not give me a customer drop slip for the item you ask them to sell. I ask why, they said they dont work like that. They did not put my item into an inventory log. They will not call you or give you a status up date. I asked why they didnt call me before they trashed my item and couldnt sell it they said that they lost my contact info and did not apologize for it. The guy told me that they have too much stuff and that its a waste of their time and space to hold on to my item even if its valuable. My item was a first edition collectors item that easily sell for $150 (I did my research), they claim they couldnt even sell, not even for $5 so gave it away. They will say it was my fault for not following up earlier. They said that they have too many customers that drop stuff off so it is not their responsibility to keep track of things and keep me updated. Anyhow this is my experience. I like to support local business but man I really got shafted by this one. Really makes me lose faith in small business. PS does not take CC and operates on a cash only basis.

The small, one manned US Postal "counter" is a essentially a conveniently located kiosk for a no-frills, quick in-and-out experience. For my needs (weighing package, receiving postage, assistance taping the package and shipping it out), I am very satisfied. Not having to drive across town, find close parking and/or wait on line, this was "easy piesy"! (**REMEMBER, bring cash or personal check as these are the ONLY methods of payment accepted). .

Im new to the area and googled a post office. This one was listed as closest. All I can say is Are you kidding me? Thus is not a post office of any real sorts. Ok, yes, they mail stuff and sell crap like FBI hats. What a joke. I need a real post office for my situation. Also, the guy behind the counter looked very unprofessional. Sloppy very long hair. Not a typical USPO employee. Wasted my time completely.

Not sure what many are crying about, like no one carries cash anymore. The reason why I like this location is that it is close to my home, the service from Jim has always been very good. He will try and save my money with different shipping options. Plus I never have to wait in line like at a traditional post office!

Not a real U.S postal office. Its a weird version of a satellite office, and its run like a horrible home office. They dont take credit/debit. Its cash only. I didnt stick around to find out what else they wont/cant do like a normal Post Office. Do not go here. Find a real Post Office, with real employees.

I needed to overnight a letter, the guy told me it would be $20. When I tried to hand him my credit card, he says "we dont take credit here. You want me to trust you to get my package somewhere overnight but you dont even have the technology to take credit cards? Even Girl Scouts take credit cards!

Great place to ship things. Most helpful staff you will ever find in a post office. Jim always goes the extra mile for his customers. Ive shipped hundreds of items from here and never once had an issue.
