I use this post office daily and love their service. I would give them a high rating but today I have a pick up scheduled and no one has shown up. The mail has been delivered and the line has been busy for hrs at the post office. I need the pick up today as some of the packages are time sensitive. Ive called every where to get a hold of some one and nothing. To me being reliable is the number one thing the post office should be. This is not the first time that Ive had a pick up scheduled and no one has shown. I have to call in fairly frequent about this and usually I get a person but now its a recording and cant get a hold of any one and its crucial my packages go out today. This was my last resort in trying to reach some one at the post office.

bad enough some one put in a fact forwarding address and seminole post office denies having it. but tryingf to talk with a supervisor in person for get they all these people who keep you from talking to them. and filing a complaint on line or directly to post mistress is a waste to. took 4 weeks to get the forwarding issue fixed. then once fixed. they still dont deliver the pain correctly. we even got a post office box. and the seminole post office now sends everything back marked undelivererable. they want to raise the rates to get better service. but they cant even do things right now. no one takes responsibility for the problems in the seminole branch post office in seminole flroida.

EITHER THE POSTMASTER AND/OR HIS STAFF WENT BEYOND DUTY TO CLOSE P.O. BOX, RETRIEVE THE KEYS OF SAME, AND FILL OUT A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM FOR ME (AND I LIVE IN PINELLAS PARK, FL). ALL THESE MATTERS WERE ADDRESSED ON MY BEHALF WITHOUT MY HAVING TO LEAVE MY HOME... BACK TRACK- I DID NOT REQUEST THESE SERVICE PER SAY, THEY WERE OFFERED BY POSTAL STAFF! AGAIN, THANK, YOU ONE AND ALL.. I SHALL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL TO THE WOMEN AND MEN OF THE USPS. A VERY GRATEFUL USPS CUSTOMER.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They ruined a shipment to an APO address. It has been almost 7 weeks. Still hasnt arrived. Sold me insurance that apparently "wasnt available" so I cannot file a claim. And, I was charged MORE for my packages than I was for two identical (actually 6 lbs heavier) packages sent from another post office almost two weeks later that took only 5 days to arrive to their destination. They had no clue what they were doing and I am out of $500 in shipping and insurance costs and all of my items. Im not even sure what the next recourse is from this point. The employee had no idea what she was doing.

Ive been here several times, and its a decent post office. It stays busy though, so be prepared for long lines. Also, there is only one drive-up drop box on the outside, and it isnt large enough to drop small packages, so I end up having to walk inside every time and use the drop box inside. Could be more efficient for sure. There is a kiosk just inside the door where you can weigh your own packages and purchase postage. This allows you to bypass the long lines, so it is VERY helpful! Nice location, but at certain times of the day its hard to turn left out of the parking lot because of traffic backups.

Its embarrassing to say that we cannot even trust our government with postal services this department has nothing but sticky finger employers working in there. I ordered a package where shows clearly the tracking that ended up in that department but it never left that department and I go there to ask for help and all they do is jump you like a little ball. They dont even take responsibility and I lost my package and and my money over $200. LSA folks dont send no kind of special package or if your plan and receiving expensive package 99% youre not going to get it.

This post office is next to useless. Leaving mail at a door isnt rocket science. I cant tell you how many times Ive received the wrong packages, or how many times Ive had my package sent back to the post office for no reason. And then i have to jump through a bunch of hoops and call 5 different people just do get it re-delivered days later. Even that doesnt garuntee Ill get my package becuase the mail delivery people cant follow the simplest of instructions. As I type this Ive been on hold for an hour just to get a package that shouldve been delivered days ago.

This post office offers the best service possible government service. I dont understand why a reviewer gave this location one star simply because hes uninformed about postage rates. I find the staff friendly and efficient. The downside is the supplies are often under stocked and there are no pens or tape. The scales in the automatic mailing station are also incorrect. Bring your own packing materials, pen, and tape, and dont rely on their scales, and youll leave pleased!

I have had my p.o.box for 6mths and this is the 2nd time a piece of important mail has been lost. Cant imagine how much other mail i do not receive?!? This mail I have recd monthly for the last 25 yrs and only ever lost 1 other time. Spoke to the man at the counter and I said "I know it must be lost it comes like clockwork " and his answer was " well the clock will break eventually " not what I wanted to hear.

SATURDAY DROP BOX AT 4 PM !!!!!!!! PLEASE check it more often. I bought my postage online, go up there to drop it in the box and its FULL!!! That is not a drop till 4. You need to check it more often on a day when we dont have the option of bringing the package into you!!!!!! Now I have to get a negative review because you guys say I can drop it till 4 but its really like 2! THANKS!

Ive live at my address for over 25 yrs and have to say my carrier is the most unreliable person on the planet, my mail shows up at a similar address on a regular basis ( which knowing the differences is part of the testing ) today whomever it was delivered my Amazon Prime package 2 streets away! HOW? Its no wonder why they are slowly going out of business. USPS isnt what it was!

Messed our package delivery on 2 different occasions now in the last few months. Was guaranteedoing delivery for May 6th, now its saying it arrived at largo post office May 6th at 6 a.m but not being delivered until Thursday May 11th. No excuse for this incompetence. We were depending on this delivery and there is no reason to guarantee without it being true.

By far the shittiest costumer service I have ever experienced from any company. Customer service reps were rude and degrading when I was trying to fix a mess that they made. As far as costumer service goes they would be lucky if I gave them one star. Even after thanking them for their time even after they didnt solve my problem the rep hung up on me.
