I had to go to this place to get my mailbox key. I showed my lease and I was told I would not get my key until the following week because I came in on Friday. I understand their procedure but It would have been helpful if the apartment complex had told me this or I would have got it long before. The lady said to stop by and they will give you the key. Uh. No. I needed to get into my box because I needed the internet install kit. I keep in touch in Turkey and waiting that long would have been miserable for me. I started to tear up and the guy who was helping me told me he could try to get it to me sooner. As miserable as I already have been with other issues going on I drove back home to sulk. Well, about 15 minutes later, the mail man came to my door with the keys. Oh my goodness, the only good thing to happen this week. I sincerely am very thankful for the guy who helped me and the mail man. It made me a happy camper.

BAD BAD!!!!....since friday i went to complain about my mail that hasnt been delivered yet...the app said "Delivered".....I didnt get anything!!!! Worst service ever I WANT MY PACKAGE!!!!!! I keep gone back to the post office they know where is my package maybe they are stealing our mail this is not cool at all they need to be more responsible for our mail read the address and putting on the right mailbox they need a new managerment this is the worst post i ever since in my life i never deal before about lost a package im not gone to stop until i get my package i wish we have support from the post and a someone to invertigar the situation so is cool to lost someone package or steal ? This is not cool at all this post to be close or taking to the court or fire does lazy worker who are losing or stealing our mail i dont trust usps no more

I wish I could give 0 stars because of how horrible of an experience this USPS location has given me. One of their postal carriers delivered my package to the wrong location, but marked it as delivered. Because it was marked as delivered, they refuse to refund me the $250 for the package they lost. The package was insured, but because the seller I bought from did not have anything proving insurance was purchased, I have no claim. I spoke to a guy, I believe Chris, who informed me the postal carrier was disciplined and they called around trying to find my package to no avail. Basically, Im out $250 and my package and they could care less about helping. I no longer have anything delivered to my home address, and I avoid USPS if at all possible.

I usually go to Meijer for shipping (same service), but their system was down and I had to get these packages out. Apparently, there are only two prices for shipping packages at the post office--two day or overnight. Media/library mail wasnt even an option at the kiosk. When I took it to the desk, the employee WALKED THEM BACK OVER TO THE SELF-SERVICE KIOSK and rang them up under the overpriced options. Maybe this is why post offices are being shut down left and right; no customer service and theyve just slashed regular shipping options so they can rip off the public. Ill ship my packages late next time.

Horrible customer service and hours for a post service. My great town home mail post wasnt setup correctly enough for me to use or even recognize it amongst other post. Went in to the actual office. The receptionist guy and gal was rude and unhelpful. Im struggling to find my post box to receive mail. Cant do it due to improper instructions on locating my post box. Hope some helpful people of a company comes along and corrects this issue for future people like me.

I have had this office deliver my mail to the wrong address 5 times in the last year. I dont know how its so hard to make sure the right mailbox gets the right mail, or that the right box gets the correct parcel box key but Im looking forward to moving eventually so I dont have to deal with these mail carriers anymore. Things I use my money on just go missing and the people at the office are rude and condescending about it when you call.

Lost 3 of our packages, one of which was medication and another was an IPhone. Blamed having a new carrier all three times over a year span. When I called to inquire about my missing medication the woman said, "Im trying to get my packages out so I dont have time to track it down right now". Horrible customer service, horrible service in general. That is not how you talk to a customer.....

I literally have not received a single package since I moved here. They have run us around, lied to us, gave us pisspoor excuses about why everything gets lost in the mail-- anytime I purchase anything online and it is UPS, UPS gives it to USPS, who loses it. Literally the WORST USPS Ive ever seen in my life. Please fire these people and get new management.

I made a mistake in my address when I bought something online and didnt realize it until after it was delivered. I called this post office and a sweet guy named Chris answered. He helped me so much and was very polite. He had everything fixed in a matter of minutes and my package was found and delivered the next day. Thank you, Chris!

uninformed, basically told me it can take 2 weeks for change of address, I ask what about my mail going to old house, Im just sol, and basically yes. no suggestions just Idk what to tell you. luckily the smart people at sullivant Ave location suggested I stop mail during this time

Unprofessional, lazy, slow, must be the requirements to work for any government agency. This is a dang shame, we have to deal with these people not delivering, throwing away, or delivering to the wrong address because they are too lazy to read the address on the mail!!!

This post office does not accept outgoing mail. You can not mail a letter from this post office. And, no the service is not excellent. The one person staffing the desk will act like its normal for the post office to not accept mail that needs to be delivered.

I just need a damn parcel box key that the glorified delivery boy has failed to leave me 2 days in a row. Called the office literally 13 times and the guy on the phone gave me the same rope around bs. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The service is really bad ! You have to wait to get someone to come to the desk and try to yell for them ! No one stays at the front fest ! I live 5 minutes from the post office and I have waited 30 minutes to get service !
