I lived in Sliver Creek Apts for over 5 years and I am so disappointed in how the Flat Rock Carrier keep delivering my mail to my neighbor. I talk to managers and the head carrier and it my mail is still getting mix up. So, I ask them to hold my mail and guess what, how in the heck is my mail still being deliver to the wrong address if I ask them to hold my mail. I completed a change of address and they are not holding my mail nor forwarding my mail to the new address. Im very disappointed because they are promoting identity theft by keep sending my mail to other people address. Ive talked to managers and still no hope. They are very horrible. (I even put my name in my mail box to help the carrier and wrote in the mail box, please forward mail to new address).... This is beyond horrible.

My mailbox sits right on Telegraph, so it is surely visible. My name and address is posted on it as well. Still yet the postman or woman cannot find it. I reported it to the supervisor and the problem of my mail getting the returned to sender continues. Which conflicts with bill payments, doctor appointments, buisness relations and so forth. The incompetence from supervisor down to carrier needs to stop and I intend to be vocal and make the appropiate contacts to see that it does.

I have probably the worst mail carrier. NEVER get important paperwork, always talking to people, never utilizes the parcel boxes that work in Deerfield and her manager claims us residents of deerfield destroy everything and he will not put new boxes in there, I explain that all the boxes work near my mailbox and my mail carrier still bends my daughters books monthly. I made a claim with the corporate USPS service and it still is the same service.

Horrible mail service! They lost my check! And by lost I mean they put it in someone elses mail box! Talked to the post master who not only was rude but seemed annoyed that I was even complaining! He needs to realize that answers to a boss too and I could call and report his lousy customer service! Constantly getting the wrong mail is getting out of hand!! The only the good about this post office are the ladies that work inside. They are awesome!

I am convinced one of their trucks hit the rear of my car that was about 15 feet ahead of a mailbox, parked on the side of the road due to the white paint left on my bumper. Went to the post office to politely ask if it was one of their trucks, they were very rude, mean, cold about the situation and instantly denied it without hearing my side of the story.

This is the rudest most useless pile of sh$$ employees i have ever seen asked my mail to be held was told to use web to request this and called to see if it went to the system and was yelled at by employees like a child to never to do this AGAIN ..WTF ..! wish they would get there head out of there A$$

They are VERY wonderful here. They were a little behind on getting my mailbox set up and when I called I didnt even have to tell them my name. They apologized for the delay due to the holidays and illness among staff and promised to have it set up tomorrow. Very nice people here!!

I am constantly getting mail delivered to my box that doesnt even have an address in my subdivision on it. Today I was supposed to receive a package. The tracking number shows delivered. But I have received nothing!

Probably the nicest bunch of postal workers. Always friendly, and best of all, they will actually help you select things that are less expensive options instead of the constant up-selling that is rampant elsewhere.

After NUMEROUS attempts to contact the post office, I still have yet to get a new mail box key. Its been over 2 weeks, I cannot get to my mail and Im still getting the run around. Talk about frustrating!!!
