Drivers are terrible. Constantly stuff the mailbox with over-sized deliveries not caring at all how much they bend them. Sometimes they are crammed in so tight its a difficult task to get them out at all let alone undamaged. Leave packages on the doorstep without bothering to ring the bell and today an envelope containing important paperwork was left on the very obviously wet front doormat with a heavy box (another package) dumped on top of it to weigh it down it - 100% guaranteeing it would soak through and be ruined as it was! Again couldnt even be bothered ringing the bell which at least would have saved it from their stupidity/laziness had I known it was there. Also agree with others no-one there ever seems to answer the phone so may as well not even pretend its an option.

I order a lot of stuff from Amazon and get 2-day free delivery. But a great deal of the time the Powell Post Office delivers my stuff to a different address on my street, so I get emails and texts saying it has been delivered but when I look, it isnt there. Then 1, or 2 or 3 days later it shows up. So my 2-day deliver is now 3-day or 4-day or 5-day. Seriously? The post office basically has one job (i.e. accept things and deliver them to the address on the envelope or package). But this post office seems to have a hard time doing that. I dont get it.

Horrible! I have issues with missing mail, delayed mail, mail delivered to the wrong address, late packages, packages marked as "undeliverable as addressed", and a now a missing package. My neighbors also report issues with missing and delayed mail and often get my mail. I have called to complain several times over the past 6 years, but the customer service was terrible and there has been no improvement.

Great post office! Ive shipped hundreds of packages through this location. The people who work the counter are all very helpful and friendly. There is a very convenient middle part of the counter where you can walk up and leave your pre-labeled packages, rather than waiting in line. This is the only location Ive seen this at.

As far as Post Offices go, Im very happy with the Powell office. I dont know why anyone would feel they were anything other than stellar. Lower wait times (than usual), friendly customer service. No complaints at all after a lifetime of moving between cities, Powell USPS is above average.

The facility and employees are very nice. However, they only have two stations available for the entire city of Powell. Sometimes my wait is in excess of 20 mins. And never go on the weekends, the wait time is even worse. My suggestion: build another register or two to handle the volume.

Poor quality service! I entered a temporary address change for mail delivery while on vacation some of my mail is being forwarded properly while some first class mail is still being delivered to the old address. And you cant contact them by phone, they hang up.

I go here a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But they DO need another window especially since Powell is growing so much and also when they are doing passports it seems like only one person is available to help the customers and it really gets slow.

The Powell delivery drive wont deliver my mail!!! Three times Ive had packages that were two big for my mailbox and they didnt bring it to my door. Or I get a package that says my mailbox is blocked and it is not blocked during the day!!!! Unacceptable!

I have never had a problem receiving mail until I started mail forwarding. I have tried to reach them over the phone to communicate my concerns, but the phone always rings busy. This is unacceptable and I have decided to go 100% paperless.

We paid $22.95 for overnight delivery.....and instead the tracking shows, it arrived at the post office and now the recipient has to go pick it up. Thanks for nothing you USPS idiots.
