I payed for one day shipping and its been six days actually its still not here when I called the first time they were rude and he didnt even ask for information in hopes of helping me on the 5th day it said delivery attempted and that they left a notice but they didnt leave anything I am not exaggerating this is soe of the worst and I mean worst service I have ever came across in my life I woke up super early on the 5th day to make sure but I missed the mail man and then after that I literally stayed up from the 10:PM to now just to wait for him and he still hasnt delivered my stuff i am very very dissatisfied with the service i could not emphasize this more ther service is the worst you could ever experience

This post office is totally ridiculous!! I have had multiple issues with the lock on my business mailbox freezing. I have been unable to retrieve my BUSINESS mail for the past 2 days and currently have my staff on alert to talk to the postal carrier when he arrives today to tell him of my issues. When trying to reach the Springfield post office, the message states "the post office is currently closed"!! WHAT????!!!! There is no blizzard happening here in Ohio, PLUS...What happened to the motto " Not rain, sleet, snow etc will keep us from delivering your mail?"

Typical government office... I drop packages off weekly and once a month buy a postal money order for my rent payment. The Line is always long and the staff is always short, so be ready to wait. Mark (brown guy with shaved head...) is awesome, replicate mark! Older woman with corkscrew curls and glasses can not help you/will not help you! If you see her, leave and come back in 5 minutes when shes gone on break. Everyone else is pretty much on auto pilot and weary of questions, so do your research online before you go and dont ask for too much when its your turn.

I have confirmed with multiple places that they have the correct address for me on filed. However, I am not receiving certain things. I have ordered a new debit card from my bank (confirmed the address on file) and after 10 business (only takes 5-7) i still have not received it. I ordered my tax transcripts for school weeks ago (only takes 5-7 business days per IRS call line) i still have yet to receive them. I really dont want to go to this raggedy a** post office and act a fool.... But im not above it.

Pissed the redelivery guy wont even come to the door he keeps leaving notes in the mail box to were i keep missing him. . I have time sensitive information in the mail. I also filled out the paperwork online to have it kept in the office so when i called to confirm he said it was already out on the truck. . . .. abd that it would be to my house about 5 530 but nobody knocked nobody did anything . . . Im pissed i needed that letter. And now with it being the 4th and all i dont have a way til the 5th.

Service in office is horrible. Carrier service is quickly declining. We routinely receive mail for up to three other addresses with our mail. Also, make sure your card is signed if you want to pay with accredit card, they will rudely refuse payment (even though you swipe your card yourself) and rudely refuse to answer when you ask about this policy. Just one more reason to hate living in Springfield Ohio.

They delivered my license plates to the wrong address. And several times a year I get someone elses mail too. How would you like your mail delivered to the wrong address? 3/5/2014 today they delivered 3 wrong pieces of mail to my house that belong to 3 different people at 2 different addresses. Its like they want me to deliver it for them LOL.

Its crazy that you cant even get a hold of the post office when you havent received something . I keep calling and it tells me they are closed when they are not. Our mail always gets put in other mailboxes and my tracking info says that it was delivered to me when it was NOT. Why is it that I cant even get a hold of someone ? 0 stars!

The package I sent ended up with the wrong carrier and delivery got delayed. Im in Idaho so I called the post office and talked to Mark. He checked on the package and told me he would catch the package that evening and get it to the right carrier. And he did! And it got delivered the next day! Thanks Mark!

They lost 3 packages and said they think they delivered my packages to my neighbor, so i knocked on the neighbors doors and no packages delivered. Usps is horrible. I recommend using Fed-x or UPS..... So I called it said 20min wait time, Ive now been on the phone for 1hr 40mins. Unacceptable....

Incompetent idiot. I asked for an estimate on shipping and had the zip code. This is a service I have been provided on numerous occasions. I was told I had to have a full address and to "just go do it online". If I was able to do that, j wouldnt have been at the post office!

Yahll, never answer the phone so I always have to go to this building and wait 40mins. To even find where my mail is at I switch my mail 5 months ago and the told me I filled it out backwards when I didnt and I have gotten mail at all!

I never get my mail when people send it out. I received TWO Ohio Edison bills at the same exact time that was dated for two previous months. When you try to get them on the phone, its always busy so your problem NEVER gets heard of.

Cant deliver because of animal interference....... my dogs are indoor dogs, are they trying to break in my house so they can deliver my package. The said part my general mail was delivered that day with no problems......

They close at 6 which means they really close at 5:55... doors always closed early... so rude and dont care to ever be nice... they give you an attitude when you bring in packages... duh its their job I thought...
