This location has a cramped room for waiting to mail something, but the other side for self service is large. (Maybe they should move the wall!) The staff here are friendly and helpful. Tip: Look in the parking lot before deciding whether its a good time to go in. Theres a guy who does internet fulfillment mailings in the afternoons, with 20+ items that must each be handled separately. If hes in there, the lot will be full and the line long. Otherwise, its usually very quick.

This is a very small local branch. Because of this, I usually see the same friendly faces every time I go in. The staff is always very polite and helpful, even when the office gets extremely busy (which is a lot of the time). At one point the AC was down during summer and they still worked tirelessly and kept the same courteous manners they always display. They are almost always able to effectively move the line through and I never wait longer than 10 minutes.

I have lived at my current address for six months, and for absolutely no reason this post office is now listing my house as unoccupied. I have called several times and each time was told that it was resolved, but no change. Not a single thing (not even junk mail) has arrived for five weeks now, despite being told that it was fixed. Good luck trying to call this post office, the phone rings busy for most of the day.

I am finding the US Postal Service to be a real pain in the derriere. Phone in and left on hold for ten minutes and no ever picks back up, then call again the phone goes to fax, called Grove City and they never answered after ten different calls. Little wonder the Post Office is in such a shambles, customer service is non-existent. All of this to schedule , by phone required, to acquire a passport.

The girl at the counter today was very rude. Wouldnt even look to see if the package the delivery driver left a slip for was there. Now my package that contained candy items that can melt, will sit in a non aircondtioned room for two days because of the holiday. The package was a birthday gift. Thanks for ruining my kids birthday.

Really polite staff and the ladies made sure we got everything we needed before we left. Even though its crowded, they made a huge effort to get through everyone quickly and efficiently.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The P.O. box room is sized well, but the service center is rather small, and you end up waiting in line feeling rather cramped.
