Got there a few minutes before closing time but the front desk had already closed. Even worse was I could hear them laughing when i asked them to help me out. Rude and absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Not sure what the problem is but this branch has lost more packages in the 6 months, than any other city Ive lived in. The staff is super sweet so I feel bad getting angry but enough is enough.
