I had to rate/review this to put a better spin on this place. I run a small record business so I ship a bunch all around metro Detroit. This place by far has the nicest most accommodating staff. When I have big orders they let me call them and they will bring in an extra staff member or two to help get the packages processed quickly. I have been told before by other places there is a limit to hire many packages I can ship at one time. This post says that is dead wrong and that they appreciate my business, as they should. Im not sure who these other reviewers talked to but chances are they were pricks and didnt deserve good customer service to begin with. Im always very satisfied by everyone working there and they make a really slow and mundane process as quick and easy at possible!

The most rude unprofessional service Ive ever seen, I held door for a older gentleman walking out the second set of doors as I walked to the main door at 6:59 this rude BLACK TRASH BAG OF A LADY who probly from the slums of Detroit "says oh we closed" great Grammer I must add and locks the door in my face I was the only person there as I walk back out the gentleman I held door for leaving in his vehicle said what happened I told him and he was outraged and shocked and ready to get out of car to try and go in. That lady was ghetto and has no business working for any business in Livonia she belongs at McDonalds in Detroit. I will be getting her name tomorrow to add to this. Lazy, unprofessional and its just pathetic to know we have people like this working government jobs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Called about passport information and to book an appointment, and they told me one thing and when my fiance called they told him another! Also, I was put on hold FIVE times, each time being 15+ mins, with no one coming back on the line! One time was put on hold, waited, and got hung up on!!! The information I did get before I was put on hold was wrong as well, after I called the actual National Passport Center and verified! Needless to say, after all that we did not get to speak with employee from the post office, nor are we going here for anything! I highly recommend using another Post Office. They need new people, or management. They should be ashamed of how incompetent, and rude they are to customers!!!!!

Far beyond incompetent, not only do they epically fail at performing the simple task of delivering a package. But getting someone on the phone to answer a simple question is completely impossible. Though I shouldnt be surprised; if you spend your entire day fixing yesterdays mistakes when will there be time to actually do your job? Ive dealt with these neanderthals on multiple occasions, and every instance was a disappointment. A full star on my rating is generous.

I know people usually only review when the service is bad, and that is true of this review too. But compared to bad service experiences among almost anywhere ive been buying anything, this was still terrible. I brought a printed out label that already paid for $20 of shipping and they didnt let me use it, and I had to buy my own. Guy came out and said he talked to his supervisor and said they cant do it and he was obviously lying.

The worker that was scanning my items was extremely miserable and made me feel very uncomfortable, some of my packages were a tad bit overweight and I understand I make mistakes because Im human but he was so irate about it he started to swear each time he would input information onto the computer. I was getting to the point where I was about to pick up my items and go to another post office because I was so uncomfortable.

My complaint is about the delivery. A short while ago, I complained when my neighbor received all of my mail, and I received all of hers. Last week, I received a magazine belonging to a woman with the same street number, but another street. Saturday, I received a piece of mail belonging to my neighbor. How hard is it REALLY to match the numbers on the envelopes to the numbers on the mailboxes???????

This post office is absolutely HORRIBLE. Instead of delivering a package at my home, they leave a "sorry I missed you card" and expect me to go get it. Didnt the sender PAY the to have it delivered to my door?? The women at the counter are rude, rude, rude. Its no wonder that they lose millions of dollars a year.

My mother and me did a quick drive-by to drop off some "thank you" cards. In general, this post office is at least decent in quality, though it is an older location and probably not a place that will "wow" you entirely. To be fair, we have bought stuff from here before, and were treated with respect.

They are beyond extremely rude. Just had a package delivered with wedding glasses in them. They never rang the doorbell. Yes I understand we have dogs. But to throw our package down and in a puddle of rain really. I call and the lady was rude. Way to make a bride very upset.

Never had a problem here. Only reason this or any location is slow is because customers have no idea how to mail packages. Kiosk is open 24/7 which is a plus too.

Dont leave your pre paid package on the counter. It will get stolen and they will do nothing to help you but actually blame you. Warning be advised.
