actually a negative 5 star - Once you forward you mail it takes 4/days for them to bring you the "held" mail - but you still get junk mail in the meantime. this is my 5 time holding mail with no success. Tried calling there after 3.25 hours of speed dial finally gave up - no one there EVER answers the phone. I went to the post office after work to get my "held" mail - clerk said the carrier had it - turns out they did not - as I only got junk mail AGAIN. Went back an hour later to see where my mail was - the clerk went in the back room when she came out she threw my mail on the counter at the other end and said " the carrier did not have it they looked it the wrong spot" then went int he back room. As she was the only clerk and I was the then only customer as they were closing - that was the end of the conversation - no explanation as to the delay, no apology. Just a rude - take you mail and get out attitude. Thanks USPS - cant imagine why people use other services.

I had the miserable experience today at the this post office. Got there right at 9am when they open, and waited in line for a HALF HOUR and the woman working cashier was REFUSING to ring up customers. There was a line out the door, and many people in line complained that they will be late for work, and ask how much longer it would take, and she threw up her hands and said “I don’t know”. Multiple times she walked back and forth saying “Sorry guys, I can’t help you if I don’t have help.” So, it wasn’t like the register was down, or didn’t need a manager override, she simply just did not want to work. After 9:30 I walked out and went to the UPS store - out within 5 minuets. A gentleman asked for management to come assist, and the woman said “HA management doesn’t care”. Clearly this facility is poorly managed, and the lack of customer care is insulting. Avoid this place at all cost.

Horrible! Have avoided posting a negative review but today is the last straw! The staff here is rude and unhelpful. Im getting a postage machine so I dont have to deal with them anymore. And that guy with the blonde hair has no problem hitting on any 20 something blond that walks in there but if you ask for a little bit of customer service, he starts with his attitude. So fed up. I finally dished it back today and its funny how well they dish it but cant take it. They are awful! Seems like no amount of complaints does anything. I have a great mail carrier and even she says they are rude and it makes her life difficult.

I think the service at this Post Office has been thoroughly covered. The service could only get worse if they didnt attempt to deliver the mail. I thought I had the worlds worst mail person, but I see that is their standard procedure. My current complaint is they have delivered an important piece of mail for someone else to us TWICE!! I tried to take it back in person, but after 45 min. of waiting I ran out of time. I told the mail person I had to go and she said to just lay it on the counter. Thats how it got delivered 2x. Does the name "Mirabile" bear any resemblance to the name "Gertude"?

I put in a request to have my mail forwarded 3 times with the first attempt being November 4, 2015. Its December 28, 2015 and I have not received any mail yet. I called and spoke to the supervisor who informed me that my mail have been found to an incorrect po box in Detroit and hell get the situation handled for me. I still do not have any mail. The staff here are not friendly or helpful and have done the bare minimum in resolving this issue. You would think that West Bloomfield would have it together, I bet Detroit have better service then this place, smh.

by far this is the worst post office i have ever felt with. these people are mean and rude. if you hate your job so much dont work there. i bet they didnt even silver my every door direct mail that sent out. i know this because a lot of people that i know never even received my post card. i wish that someone would look in to them because it seams that there mail carries probably throw them out and dont deliver them at all. even if you call there post office here mail box is always full and they dont answer..

Very important documents were mailed to my house and should of been here over a week ago. They obviously went to someone elses house again. This is the third time this has happened to me :( really disappointed, someone obviously received a lot of my personal info and does not return it. Also Ive called 3 times already in the last half hour and no one has answered. I mean my massage insurance company should be able to mail me important information, and I should be able to receive it??? This is very frustrating

I saw the usps truck but she didnt deliver my package I got angry and went online to show why and It said Receptacle Blocked nothing was in the way of the mailbox I dont know why it said that. I saw the usps lady she was old she didnt even bother coming down and dropping it by the door maybe she should have retired. I called the post office no one is picking up the phone at this location I been calling for 2 days I am very upset sad I live in a city where they have poor service

I LIVE IN THE 48322 are code. I RESIDE IN WOODS OF MAPLE CONDOMINIUMS. I AM UNABLE TO OPEN MY MAILBOX WITH MY KEY THAT HAS WORKED SINCE I MOVED HERE. I HAVE LEFT MORE THAN 1 MESSAGE W/ THE WB POSTOFFICE W/ MY PHONE # AND NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. I ALSO LEFT A NOTE ON THE MAILBOXES FOR THE MAILMAN. I AM IN A NON WALKING CAST AND AM UNABLE TO GET TO THE POSTOFFICE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS MY MAIL FOR ABOUT A WEEK! I AM FRUSTRATED.

I have tried calling for over an hour. Someone did pick up but just put the phone down. I could hear them talking but they didnt acknowledge me. Put my mail on hold on the 15th. I am still getting mail at the forwarding address on the 30th. All forwarded mail took well over a week and a half to reach Fla. Should be a three day trip. Some was three weeks old. Pitiful. If I ever get through I will advise the postmaster.

Always been just fine with me. I go there very often. Why all the complaints? Must be just those type of people. This is not a bad post office and never any rude employees that I have seen after many times being there over the last 5 years. Mail carriers are very nice also. But rude customers get rude responses. I like the guy with the route on Kingsfield DR, nice to my kid and wife. Always on time too.
