I love this Post Office, It seems to function completly different than rest of the post office system in the country, They deliver , I mean they make an effort to make a quick delivery. I saw one morning while tracking an Important package, arrived at this post office at 7:29Am and was sorted and delivered at my home before 9:30. While the rest of the postal system kicked that package arround from Dayton to Cincnati to Michigan and then to this post office for 4 days. Staff is so friendly you might think they are here to serve you and only you.

The United States Postal Service is a terrible service that should no longer exist especially the one in Holland, OH. All they deliver is junk mail and packages. The package delivery is a complete joke. They never deliver packages on time. I called to see where my package was that said "delivered" and it was no where to be found. The woman I talked to said she would check with the carrier and took my phone number. She never called! The useless USPS needs to be shut down! Package delivery should be left to UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL!

Packages read "delivered at mailbox" but then this post office says "that just means it is out for delivery" and to wait another day. Then I get that nice pink slip that I have to visit the post office because my driveway isnt clear but how they lie to Amazon is that it is "delivered at mailbox". Call to find out about the package and the phone rings and rings. No one answers. On a normal day, our mail carrier cant figure out the difference between 2014 and 2007. This is the worst post office I have ever experienced.

I love the quaintness and quietness of this post office, but in the past year, there has only been 1 cashier up front so lines are long, people are impatient and grumpy and its not so quaint anymore! I would drive an extra 20 minutes to another post office just to get in and out quicker!!! Very frustrating!!! Especially since its local and I have loved it. Would like to talk to the supervisor to let them know that they need to hire at least 1-2 more people up front!!!

Drive through mail box was over flowing full and I had t stuff in more. This was 2:30ish . I.regretted it almost immediately stopped in a parking lot and tried to call the office mng. I let it ring for a very long time. No answer. The last pick up was supposed to be 1:00. Tried calling next a.m.. Still no answer. This service is nothing to be proud of , should be ashamed.

i have been living in same house for 8 year and they still mess my mail up most of my mail get sent back for wrong address because they dont do there jobs i order 2 thing off eBay one got delivered and other one sent back to post office and i didnt get a call letter nothing and this not first time this has happen get it together Holland office

I had a delivery from amazon. The message on my phone said that the product was undeliverable due to mailbox too full. Considering that there were only 2 pieces of mail in my box, that is so not true. Also since when dont they take a package to the porch?? When my package did come, it was too large to put in the box anyways.

I call and no one answers...ever? My packages say delivered at so and so pm. Im ready to ask all my neighbors if my packages got put in there mailboxes by accident but they would just say no and keep my items. This is not rite!! Ihave the apt slice it tells you were your orders are from any shop site you order through.

Can never get a hold of anyone...why do they have a phone if no one is going to answer it...got a notification that my package was delivered, but have no package, so no idea what is going on ...waiting on a call back from the 800 number lets see how that goes.

"Attempted delivery but the mailbox was blocked" 1. Middle of summer so weather is not blocking mailbox 2. No one showed up to my residence This is happening more frequently, appears they arent trying to deliver packages

Small and never crowded and worth the couple of miles I drive to get there. Can be home again before I reached the head of the line in the bigger post offices

Horrible, I called 15 times in one day and still got NO answer!!! Repeatdly I have gotten other peoples packages and they have gotten mine!!
