Recently I had a package shipped though FedEx to the post office for them to deliver. FedExs tracking told me it was at my local post office. I went in and they could not find it. Left and talked to a FedEx customer service representative and they told me that they cannot tell me which location it was at but didnt tell me how to find the USPS tracking number. I tracked my package and it said that it was at my local post office, this time I go in (second time in one day) with the tracking number and she cant find it...that all I got from her. She cant find it maybe my postal carrier has my package...at that moment my package was completely lost. No one knew where it was and apparently no one wanted to find it either. Second, my boyfriend got a subscription box for a couple months but since MY CARRIER REFUSES TP DELIVER TO OUR APARTMENT DOOR I ALWAYS GET THE LITTLE PINK SLIP IN MY MAIL BOX. I went in the first month, no problem. I go in the second month and the grumpy old lady asks for my ID and since my name isnt on it, well I cant have it...went in two days later and a different lady just handed it to me with no questions asked. They are very inconsistent and has cost me so much time. I am always standing in line for quite some time no matter when I go in. Their hours are also ridiculous, their Saturday hours are shorter than most other offices around here. So, instead of going to pick up my package that my carrier refuses to deliver, I am writing this honest review because I absolutely hate going to this post office.

My fiancé took time out of her day to help me out and pick up my mail for me. I signed the back of the slip as the directions said on the back. And the older white woman disrespected my black fiancé saying her "kind" scamming people out of their packages. She said the recipient needed to be me or a relative but all it says on the slip is that as long as its signed, my agent can pick up my mail. I WILL be calling tomorrow to make a formal complaint about their racist employee.

They have tracking but only God knows why. The tracking is never accurate, will claim that my package was already delivered when it wasnt. These fools cant even deliver a package to the right address. Rude customer service, how dare I look into finding a package that they loss that I paid for. I hate that Amazon uses them, I d rather go with UPS.

The people at the office are great but the delivery person needs a new job. I hate that Amazon uses USPS for some packages, for my address the delivery person never actually delivers the packages and just sends notice on tracking that they cant deliver it. This happens EVERY time.

Horrible service. Suppose to get 5 packages today. Gave all to the wrong carrier and guess what? Now have to wait till Monday for them. Thats not what I paid for. Called in and got hung up on after being told "thats not our problem." Thank you. You stupid woman.

Tammy at the post office was hands-down THE most helpful post office worker! I called from Florida frantic about a wedding invitations being delivered, and she went right to work reaching out to carriers to locate them. GREAT customer service!!
