I called and talked to Kim to get an update on the status of a certified piece of mail that I scheduled for redelivery. This item hadnt been updated in their system and after PAYING to have shipped AND delivered I called to find out why and have the items status updated properly. After telling me that I cant request a redelivery I mentioned multiple times that I already HAD requested a redelivery TWICE! She refused to help me get the status of this item updated. It is a very sensitive piece of mail and was sent certified for a reason. Her behavior is completely unacceptable and from here on my lawyer will be in charge of the matter. If you need sensitive mail delivered in Willis, DO NOT use the USPS. Thanks Kim.
