Tried to call and schedule an appointment and the automatic message system wouldnt help me. I came in without an appt, waited for 20 min, and was then told I had to schedule one. I saw their schedule calendar and there was only one name on it ALL day, but he still refused to schedule me until tomorrow because of "staffing issues." What really makes me mad is that the lady wouldve taken me at the counter if the other worker hadnt come in when he did. When I told him I tried calling, his gave me attitude and his excuse was, "The phone is always busy." All in all, not a good experience.

The post office no longer even ATTEMPTS to deliver packages to apartment complexes! I was home two days in a row for two different packages and received missed delivery notifications, but I know that no one even tried to deliver them. When I went in to pick up packages I was told that because my apartment office will no longer take in packages on the residents behalf that they do not even try to deliver it! I have no issue going to the post office to pick up my package if I miss a delivery, but USPS needs to at least try to deliver the package.

Great service unless you happen to end up with one of their female employees who always has an attitude. I tried to call and locate a package and from the very beginning of the call she was rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a problem with this post office. Also, since they shortened their hours, it is impossible for normal working people to make it there to get mail or ship packages. I am very disappointed, this used to be such a great post office.

My amazon order was out for delivery today and I have been home waiting. I got an email saying delivery attempted and no attempt was made. I called amazon who connected with usps and was told my mailbox was blocked. I asked how they got my other mail in my mailbox? I said my mailbox isnt blocked and hasnt been. Im told they will redeliver on Monday so I wait another 2 days. Ridiculous!

Friendly service from the people at the post office. However in the apartment complex in which I reside, it is hit or miss if I will get a package. I will get notifications a delivery was attempted when I was home sitting on the couch six feet from the door and no one actually attempted to deliver it and it may or may not get delivered to the office.

I really loathed going here and avoid it whenever possible. Always employees standing around at the front counter with only one person actually working while there is a line of people. It also feels like doom and gloom the second you walk in the door. USPS is really bad with customer service, but I have never had any problems with thier delivery.

Lets just say this is an awful experience, hopefully no one has any questions because calling this location you will NEVER get ahold of ANYONE. not to mention they take 2 weeks to make a key for someone whose been forwarding mail to there new address since the 28th of august.

Post office itself is mediocre. Some of the mail carriers are terrible. Several times packages were "attempted" to be delivered, and were not. Cant wait to move out and away from this post office.

Instead of delivering packages, they mark all as "attempt made" at 8 or 9 am and keep them at the post office with no delivery attempted. It happens for every package, every single time.

Cant get a hold of them when I call. Amazon emailed me saying that usps attempted a delivery, but there was no notice left from usps at all.
