This is the worst experience I have ever ever had Overnight package was due to be delivered the next day by 12 pm it was delivered at 12:14 pm grant it that is only 14 mins. late but if I were late for my job everyday by 14 mins. I would not have my job very long went back to get refund we of course no refund and I have paper in hand showing it was delivered late talked with Postmaster at Post Office and what a waste of AIR this person is I thought the customer is aways right especially if they have proof the package was late but not this guy what a MORON ... but have gone a step further and contacted the Postmaster Generals Office who are now looking into why I did not just get my money back without argument since I had my paperwork in Hand.... also contacted Fox 5 News ... and a few other people its not the money anymore its the way I was treated by this guy and just wants to argue over a few freakin bucks ....

Though the location is very hard to find the workers are very friendly and helpful (with the exception of one lady- not sure what her name is). She was friendly but I didnt understand her logic. I Sent a package out that came out to about $30 in postage fees. Instead of putting the largest denomination stamps. She proceeded to place about 15 $2 stamps - or something like that. Didnt make sense. But great staff.

I have had more packages lost/ delivered to the WRONG house ~~ I have to track down the stuff Ive purchased online because its been delivered to my neighbors WHO ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE! They open up the boxes...claim they didnt read the name~~ and had my stuff in their car! Other things, I was not able to track~~ PAY ATTENTION TO THE FREAGGIN address~~ my house number is CLEARLY on my house in TWO places.

This post office is my local post office and at least twice, I have had an item returned to sender for no reason. Who knows how many other pieces of mail have been returned? This time, I called and they told me they cannot reimburse me for the shipping unless they see the package, so they cant take responsibility for it unless I pay for shipping again?

Its simple.. Get mail.. Deliver to people. What is wrong with this place, like being in the dark ages. Still waiting on prescription mailed almost two weeks ago. Never left a card to even let me know it was delivered. Going to report them. Not the brightest over here. Really sad.. Its 2015. Really need to catch this town up with the rest of the world.

Postman just sprayed both my dogs with mace. My husband was outside with him. My dogs didnt growl or try to bite. But because they was barking, the postman thought he should mace them.

My daughter went to Commerce office to ask for help and our Postmaster was not only rude and not helpful to her but also rude to the elderly lady who accompanied her
