Worst post office & mail handlers I have EVER seen...I wish i could give ZERO stars... Youd think that b/c I live less than 10 minutes from the post office I would get my mail promptly...right? WRONG! I cant even tell you the amount of times that they have screwed up delivering our mail on time...if not for the post master general (PMG) we wouldnt get ANY packages that arent letters... Once we had a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday...used the tracking number it showed that our item was on the truck out for delivery then it showed at 230pm that it was delivered...when I got home after 5 there was not package in our box or on our porch....i called the PMG & she said: "I asked the handler & they claimed the package must have been stolen because she did deliver it ... I told her this is HIGHLY & asked if the handler could THOROUGHLY check her truck again...a few hours later the PMG called me back and said that our package WAS found on the truck & she made certain ti would be delivered the next day....-so basically she straight up LIE b/c she was too lazy to get out of the truck... Then THIS PAST FRIDAY 5/6/16....we had another package that was supposed to be delivered...tracking at 8 am showed out for delivery...when i got home at 3 I found a note from them stating that the package could not be delivered b/c there was not a secure location to put it at & the neighbors dog was loose...ok no big deal...the note also states that we will re-deliver this on 5/9/16.....ok fine i can live with that. Well when I get home at 6pm on 5/9/16 & theres still no package and the tracking number still shows it as unable to be delivered....when i called the PMG this morning (5/10/16) she says: yes sir the handler says she beeped her horn but nobody came out, so she left the note......i told her: "why would beep your horn at a house at mid-day ON A MONDAY? who in the heck plus hours would be home to hear that?" she just said: youre right sir im sorry about that Im not sure why she didnt re-deliver it. I know why b/c shes too LAZY to even do her job thats why... these SAME people that left over $600 of dj equipment and my $250 laptop sitting in PLAIN SIGHT right in front of my house...and youd think if ANYTHING would need to be put in a secure place, it would be that stuff. My thing is if you are going to lie to me make it a good one...Pick A LIE AND STICK WITH IT...dont make up 3 to cover your laziness I WISH there was a place to report these losers to to get something done but b/c they are part of the federal government, nothing is going to be done about it even if i told somebody ANYWAY. TRY to avoid the post office AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Amazing Postmaster at this location!!! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help out with situations and provide insight. Personally think she needs to become a trainer for other branches! Then again I dont want her to leave! Front desk clert gentleman is always friendly and helps with services. I have worked in the logistics so I know it can get crazy, but these people really go above and beyond with issues. Thank you!

Called about a package I was tracking online. Glenda didnt even bother to check the forwarding status, instead I was told she was pretty sure it would be sent to me. Called back the next day when I saw my package was being sent back to the sender, I was again given the run around around by the same woman. Next time I need express shipping I will use Fed Ex or UPS.

I just love our little post office! I like having to ring bell for service. Gotta love small town. People here are so very nice and very helpful. They have saved me money many times. Never crowded here.....
