Everyone has always been nice but one man! He rolled his eyes at me because I asked if he could check to make sure I paid the correct postage so the person who was receiving it, wouldnt have to pay. He then checked it and charged me $9.80 to ship ground for a Candy Land game going to Ohio! $9.80 was on top of the $4.10 I already paid! This is not the first time this man was extremly rude! I will drive to Milford or Clarkston before taking the chance of having to be treated as I have done something wrong!

Always loved this location, but Ive ran into some rude staff. Alaina at cash services would rather chat with coworkers than help a customer, and was not very friendly when approached. Youre in customer service, you attend to customers in a friendly manor. I dont understand why people like this work at customer service stores.

I now go to Milford because the two times Ive been there I was treated rudely. I asked simple questions and was treated rudely, and both men made snide remarks to one another, thinking I was out of hearing range. Very disappointed in this branch of USPS. I wont return.

Customer Service? None to be found here. Guy at the counter should not interface with the public. Service like this is why the USPS will become extinct.
