Worst postal workers Ive ever encountered. From carriers to the post master - theyre all liars and lazy. Carrier got progressively lazier over time. Used to buzz my apartment and bring packages to my door, then would buzz and expect me to come down (sometimes not even giving me enough to get down the stairs and I end up running after them through the parking lot), then stopped buzzing at all and would just take it to the office leaving a notice in my box, now Im lucky if I get a notice at all. Always mark tracking as delivered even if the package is not - screws you out of an insurance claim for lost packages - that terrifies me. Caught my carrier red handed the other day, Saw my package marked delivered, looked out my window and saw the mail truck at the complex after mine, so I hopped in my car and chased after them. She tried to tell me she didnt have my package that if it was marked delivered- it was, even though I knew exactly what I was waiting on and the package was right in front of her face in her truck. She had no idea why I didnt have a slip in my box, completely ignored the question when I asked why it was marked delivered when it wasnt, They tried to refuse to give me my package, asking who the package was from, who it was for - only after that did they give in and ask for my ID. Some days my mail doesnt come at all. My mail carrier constantly gives me excuses of "theyre running late" "theyre behind schedule" - Yes I realize youre over worked, under paid - but most people are. Thats no excuse to not do your job. Your job is to get my mail to me - do it. Disgusting. Post master is no better. Ive called to complain about my carrier, or see about tracking. Ive been put on hold and forgotten about, only to call back and get helped imediately. Post master lied to me when I expressed that I was concerned an express international package hadnt updated since leaving the sorting center days ago. Was quickly turned away and given a "special number for express packages" - definitely given the standard 1800 USPS number. Investigating filing complaints with higher offices to get something done about this post office. The whole post office is corrupt, no one follows policy and it gets worse by the day.

Very poor customer service. First of all both (black ladies) who were present there had an attitude and the one who served me was on her cell phone texting. Date: 4/11/2013 and Time: 3:17:53 PM. So, obviously she put the wrong zip code on my package. It was good thing that i noticed it right away and called back when i went home. Now, there were two 2s in the zip code, so she is trying to say that she read one as 8 and the other as 2. I believe her name was Monica as they called her with this name but at particular time i provided above it shows Clerk # 16 (If it help to identify the person). they need to get off their cell phones while they are working. And the other lady whom i did talk to on phone is trying tell me that "it usually costs you $11 for what you just did." Now what the hell i did? Its their fault and they are not ready to accept it. I am not trying to be racist but apparently the third lady was also black. I have been to this location but never had problem with other white old lady or asian lady. But seriously, they need teach their other employees (Monica and other black lady), how to work and accept their faults.

By far the worst service ever. Went to their office to find out how to schedule an appointment to renew my passport, they said we didnt need to make one which I thought was odd because Ive always known you had to make one and there was a sign clearly saying you needed an appointment. So my mom and I went there with our renewal forms and the lady Rudely told us we had to make an appointment and said she couldnt help us. I started to explain that we had came the day before and that one of their workers said we didnt need one just to come back wth our forms. I then proceeded to describe the lady who had told us that information and the lady(blond older mid 50s) said no body works there as I had described. She then called me and my mom liars straight to our faces. How does she have the audacity to do that. I told her off and left. I called to complain no one answered. What rude customer service. who hires these uneducated rude people I mean seriously.

First and foremost, let me state that I frequent this place for work about once to twice a month. I have NEVER received or witnessed appropriate customer service here. All the employees act like theyre in hell and the customers are treated like dirt. I was just there this afternoon and had enough. "Bob"- middle aged white bald man was working with an elderly customer (easily) 80+ years old as I was in line. She couldnt read the "screen" of which it was asking her if anything in her package was perishable. Instead of reading it to this little old lady who was struggling to see the small print, he proceeded to yell out at her in front of everyone that she needs to read the screen and select an answer. I was appalled. Im appalled that these people continue to have jobs. It is absolutely sickening. Avoid this place like the plague.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got to the post office 15 minutes before they closed to drop off some packages and the lady in the lobby decided to stare at me the entire time with a dirty look. I stood in line for 15 minutes while the workers just stood around and were helping no one. When I was finally finished the lady in the lobby told me I needed to get there sooner because they close at 6:30. If the workers would not have been standing around I would have been in and out in about 5 minutes and gone before they closed. I dont know who the worker thinks she is to talk to customers like this. This is easily the worst post office I have had the displeasure of going to and will de everything to avoid this place as much as I can

Ever since our last postal lady retired we have been stuck with a horrid lady doing our deliverys. If you get many deliverys or put in for a package pick-up she is just put out! Anything that makes her get her hind end out of her little truck ticks her off and she talks to you so nasty. She needs customer service and sensitivity training. The US Postal Service needs people like me that use their services alot so people can keep their jobs and the offices open. The person I spoke to whose name was Andy was wonderful and understood the problem, also the fact that I did not want my mail destroyed to get "even" with me. I think I may move my business over to Fed-X or UPS at least those people treat you with respect and dignity.

WTF!!! I would give 0 stars or even -10000 stars if I could. I just moved into this place for one month and I found I cant receive anything at all. I am pretty sure I put the right address. I just dont know who is working on this whole thing. Is there anyone actually working? Who is in charge of everything? I ordered something from Virginia 3 weeks ago but I havent received it. 3 weeks! I could receive items from China! My paycheck was sent to me from Plymouth Michigan one week ago and I havent received it yet. These items are pretty important to me and I cant receive any of them. When I called usps, the supervisor kept telling me he will call the carrier and give me a call. Then, he never calls back!
