Good mostly! Good in that there is friendly service at the front desk. Shout out to Rod & Kurt- they are the best! Bad in that I have lost at least a few hundred dollars over the past several years of living in Fenton, because packages are marked as delivered, but I dont always get them. There is nothing you can do when they are marked as delivered, because the sellers are no longer responsible, and the post office holds no responsibility once marked delivered. I have received other peoples packages a few times as well, and brought them in to take to the right address.

Just 2-3 times, over the last 15 years, I have had a package not scanned in and then was unable to track it being delivered to customers. I cant say enough great things about the people who work at this post office. They have always gone above and beyond to help me find out what has happened to these packages. I ship about 400-500 packages a year and I have yet to have one go missing as we have always found them or they finally showed up at their final destination despite the fact that they snuck through and were not scanned. I love my small town post office!!!

I unfortunately lost a package recently (mainly due to my own fault) and tried going into the Linden Branch for help. They basically told me tough luck and there was no hope. So I came here and got right in, ended up talking with a Rob Phillips who was more then helpful. He went way above what he had to to help me find my package. He personally submitted an inquiry on my package with all my information to try to get my stuff back. Even if I do not get my stuff back Im very glad I came here to be serviced by such great people. Thank you again Rob!

If you go in there with an attitude you are just going to get exactly the same thing back my friend. Try being pleasant once in awhile and see what happens! These people are not your personal nursemaids and truly have a job to do. If you dont understand something then ask. If you dont like the answer then go cry to your mama - not somebody thats got to wait on another fifty people just like you before they can go home. My personal experience at the Fenton Post Office is you get exactly what you project!

our mailbox was full, since we had an unexpected trip that lasted longer then we thought. so they left a note to come pick up our mail and resume our mail. I went to the post office and they couldnt find our mail, they gave me the number to call the post office the next day between 8-9 am ... currently i have been on hold for 31 min... great service!! :(

Long lines, surly workers, only one window open (unless by chance they notice the line is snaking out into the lobby), barely-competent service. It does matter if one enters with the best, most pleasant attitude imaginable. The post office is antiquated and becoming more irrelevant every day. Many of the reasons why can be seen at this branch.

I wouldnt even give this post office 1 star but it wouldnt let me choose none. I absolutely hate this post office. I had called and complained almost a dozen times about lost packages. I too have lost over a couple hundred dollars or more. Im always getting my neighbors packages as well. They do not care one bit here!!!!

The Fenton Post Master is the rudest woman I have ever come in contact with. Trying to tell me that my property doesnt exist when in fact, I live there so I am pretty sure it exists. I have so many problems with packages getting delivered, more get turned away than actually delivered. If I could switch offices, I would.

Kurt. Best reason to go here. Very kind. Very informative. Very professional. We need more Kurts in the world. Passport photos and applications. Full postal services. This location has a 24 hour self serve kiosk + post office boxes is available Monday to Saturday 4am-11pm. Well lit, safe area.

This is the best post office Ive ever been in. Its not too large and overwhelming and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Kurt (I believe that was his name), who helped me with my first-time passport experience. I didnt know what o was doing and he made it so easy.

Absolutely awful. Im not happy this is what Amazon sends their packages through, as our driver is always a constant issue with her negativity and throwing packages in our yard. And now today, I have four missing packages valuing about $200. Absolutely terrible.

Tried to get a passport. Was told Friday to come in on Saturday between 10 and 1. Arrived Saturday at 10, waiting in line for 20 minutes to be told they were not doing passports today. They were short staffed. Not professional.
