Zero customer service. Cant wait until this location goes out of business due to their employees not wanting to do their job. I had ~90 thank you cards to mail out. I asked them to be weighed since I had so many I could pay for it faster that way; jerk clerk says to me oh that looks like its less than an ounce and tells me they cant be weighed. He proceeded to ask me how many stamps I needed so that obviously I could affix the stamps myself. Out of curiosity I decided to weigh the 90 cards on their scale right outside their door and (surprise!) they weighed over a pound. Do your job!! Or at least explain why you cant fulfill a customers request. Waste of time.

I go to this post office all the time because its right across the street from where I work. However, I have to second Coffee Tawk about the rude employees. They also dont seem to know their stuff. Sometimes Im told I cant mail things that I know I can because Ive mailed them at other branches. One of them cant do basic math when counting your change. Sometimes im told I have to add extra labeling when again I know I dont because ive mailed the exact same packages at other branches. But mostly, their attitudes are what annoy me the most. Especially the guy with the brown hair. Hes the worst.

The rude employee with the brown hair is Kevin. He is a total jerk but he doest have to worry becaue he is a government employee and apparently has no boss to answer to. He always makes me feel like I am bothering him even though its his JOB to mail our packages. I ship stuff weekly to my family and friends in the armed services and I sell on Ebay and he always is short with me, rude and CHUCKS my packages into the bins. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT! Dont ruin everyone elses day because you suck at life.

I have started e-mailing as much as possible. This post office has extremely rude employees. I have gone there often, but Im going less and less. They complain about money being tight over there, but treat customers like we owe them a favor. Free e-cards are looking better and better to me, along with online bill-paying.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So bad i got off the phone and went right to writing this. The Supervisor was very nice and helped me out. Every other employee i spoke to was downright rude, when they were totally at fault. There are a couple other us post offices in the area and i would recommend trying those out instead.

I never have an issue...sometimes they are sarcastic...but I imagine it is a job that is not exhilarating like most jobs...its just work, they are trying to get through the day. Go to a different post office if it is so hard for you to deal with...same advice as below...if you dont like it go someplace else.

Wow! Reviews surprise me, my first experience with these people was outstanding, going as far to call me to let me know a package I was expecting was there and staying open an extra few minutes so I could come back and get it that day instead of waiting for it to be redelivered the following day

They constantly stop delivering my mail while leaving a note saying that the residence is unoccupied. I have been lived in the same house for 10 years. Also, they always have trouble delivering items I order from amazon. Definitely ise FedEx or UPS for all of your orders to ensure delivery.

They lied to me multiple times saying my package was sent back to the sender. It sat in their location for almost a month, and was finally delivered with a stamp stated "delivered unsealed" with all the contents of my package missing. Do yourself a favor and use Fedex or UPS.

They closed at 5:58 instead of 6:00 as I walked up. No problem as I really wanted to drive to Canton post office and back on Friday night rush hour! Thanks. Hope they made good use of the 2 minutes they saved and cost me 45.

Poor parking, disregarding customer service, and has "attempted delivery" on weekends with no notice or indication of attempted delivery while I was home the entire time. Lies about attempted deliveries.

Went to submit passport. I had my form filled out before hand and it only took 5 min to complete the transaction. Young lady was fast and friendly.
