Mailed Certified Return Receipt Requested legal documents and checks to Fort Worth, TX. Documents were delivered to someone in Austin, TX. I/They are unable to get the package back. I requested a refund and was told no. I was told the package wasnt insured. I explained I wasnt requesting a refund for the contents-only the postage. Was told flat out NO. Does that make ANY sense? My advice: NEVER send anything of any importance using USPS. My mistake!

I received a notification that my package was delivered today and left with an individual.... My package is not here and no one was home at the time of the supposed delivery. Ive tried to file a claim online and over the phone and neither is working. I cant get ahold of anyone either. This is an important package that I needed by this week. If anyone from USPS sees this can you please contact me since I cannot contact you.
